The staff were nice and accommodating.
The shuttle was old and outdated but the driver was very nice.
The breakfast was sad. Very very sad. There was some fruit with flies on it, some yogurt and some croissants and english muffins, that was it.
The room was very outdated and dingy and dirty. The whole place needs to be renovated. It was probably a nice place back in the 80's.
Service was amazing. I think pool area needs serious upgrades, but my stay overall was good.
La tranquilidad y la comodidad
Que not restaurant todos los días
I loved the view! Best affordable view of Nashville in Nashville. Every time I stay, the staff is friendly and informative. I haven’t utilized the shuttle to downtown yet. But I love that option.
I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t clean.
The room was very clean and quiet
Nothing
The pool was cool. The restaurant was only open Wednesday to Sunday. The free shuttle only ran all day on weekends.
El parking fue lo mejor
Hotel un poco viejo. Poca gente en la recepcion.
The price, the cleaning and location
The breakfast need more protein options and additional waffle station. It was only one and very slow.
Able to change my room due too different reasons
Looked run down and the rooms looked old and plumbing was terrible and don’t get me started on letting people bring barking ass dogs
Breakfast was lacking and very basic. Rooms were dirty. Lobby was dirty. Housekeeping was terrible.
I'm sad to have to write such a poor review. The hotel used to be decent. Now, I wouldn't stay or recommend anyone else stay there.
The only thing I liked was the location.
Floors were dirty. Run down. Nothing to offer guests if the didn't pack something. Breakfast was less than an international and nothing but a waffle machine. Nothing nutritious or fresh.
La colazione buona e ricca. La struttura è ben collegata dai servizi pubblici (autobus) con il centro della città.
Struttura enorme, con molti posti letto. Mobilia datata e moquette in camera. Il condizionatore faceva molto rumore se si lasciava acceso.
Staff is very helpful and friendly
Rooms need updated blessedly the bathrooms
