Breakfast was good and so was location. I like that it was quiet and the 2 bedroom suite was the perfect size for me and my family. Had private entrance and free parking right outside. Staff was friendly, and helpful. I liked the property, area and amenities. We were there for 5 days, and it had good laundry facilities. Also provided water bottles, fresh fruit and snacks. Nice touch.

This was my fourth time staying in this hotel. I usually come here when I want to take a little staycation. I like how quiet and safe the area the hotel is located in is. Love the free full breakfast. Also like how the hotel provides free waters, snacks and complimentary cookies! The rooms are usually clean (once had a room with a stain on the floor and a stain on the couch bed) and comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen is great. The hotel is close to stores and lots of restaurants. 15-20 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive. Additionally, the property is pet friendly! They even provide treats for your dog in the lobby.
As mentioned above, I’ve had a room with a stain on the floor and on a couch bed. My last stay was honestly my least positive experience. The room next to mine was full of loud people, which upset my dog. They were noisy all the way to 2am. I hoped the hotel would notice and would tell them to keep it down but they didn’t. I definitely recommend they have a security guard patrolling the premises if they don’t already. The TVs have streaming apps on them which is great. Only problem is the signal in my room was not good so my shows would constantly freeze. First time I ever experienced this. Maybe it’s because I was on the bottom floor. I recommend asking to be put on the top floor. Not only because of the signal but also because you can hear people walking above you. Also, when checking in, the receptionist kind of rushed through explaining stuff (spoke so fast I couldn’t understand part of what they said).

They don't check the rooms for cleaning. You have to stay at least a week to have a full service. I reminded for fresh towels all the time. Even i've asked for the clean towels, they did not change them.

Clean, rooms were nice.
Booked the hotel 4 months and paid in full in advance for a cruise so we could stay over an extra day. Did some sightseeing when we got back and when we got to the hotel we were told we didnt have a room because they had overbooked the hotel.
Beautiful green area. Gnomes, friendly office staff, helped with key card issues and areas to watch 4th wireworks

Staff were very nice and humble. Breakfast spread was good.
We had our booking from 6th may to 7th may. Since the hotel was oversold, our booking was cancelled. That is what was not right, we reached late for our check in as we were travelling and were told that no availability. I understand the charge wasn’t there for 6th but it was a hassled day for us
