Wont book here again!
Pros:

Clean, rooms were nice.

Cons:

Booked the hotel 4 months and paid in full in advance for a cruise so we could stay over an extra day. Did some sightseeing when we got back and when we got to the hotel we were told we didnt have a room because they had overbooked the hotel.

Pros:

Beautiful green area. Gnomes, friendly office staff, helped with key card issues and areas to watch 4th wireworks

Cons:

Difficulty for someone with mobility issues.

Pros:

Staff were very nice and humble. Breakfast spread was good.

Cons:

We had our booking from 6th may to 7th may. Since the hotel was oversold, our booking was cancelled. That is what was not right, we reached late for our check in as we were travelling and were told that no availability. I understand the charge wasn’t there for 6th but it was a hassled day for us

The fan for heat and AC way too loud. Too loud to sleep with it on.

Pros:

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The staff is so helpful and let me extend my stay during a stressful trip when my car was at the mechanic. The hotel is extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you Residence Inn Bellevue! :)

I enjoyed the hotel. Always do. Third time staying here. Most of the staff are kind and pleasant. Very quiet and peacefu
Pros:

Very quiet, peaceful. Surrounded by trees and nature. Comfortable. Stores and shopping centers very close by. Free water and cookies for guests!

Cons:

Couch bed and carpet had a small stain on it, a breakfast attendant was rude. Some dishes were not completely clean. Would have liked more streaming apps on smart tv.

It was great for the price.
Pros:

Location and room studio. Liked full kitchen.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came to pick up towels. And I had to call repeatedly for new towels to be brought up to my room. Also, connecting my Roku device to the property WI-FI was a nightmare. Needed to have an IT personal person call me and walk me through logging in using my MAC id number.
