Comfortable beds, clean rooms, & friendliest staff
Pros:

Beds were soft & comfortable, rooms were spacious for my family of 6. It was nice to have a kitchenette. Staff was so friendly, and facilities were clean. The breakfast catered to be inclusive of different cultures, tikka & rice was available.

Cons:

The breakfast area was very full in the morning, one of the waffle machines was out of order. There was also an added parking cost of $19/nt that I was not prepared for.

Overall a great stay
Pros:

The penthouse was very beautiful, included breakfast was amazing and I will certainly stay again

Cons:

The fitness center was small but still useful , staff were not very engaging or welcoming and my deposit was 200 dollars over what was advertised but was returned rather quickly .

Makbuzunu gönderebilirim.Tesise gittiğimde rezervasyonun bir oda için yapılmış olduğunu söylediler , bize çok kötü davrandılar.Zor durumda kaldık bir oda için tekrar ödeme aldılar. Bu tesis güvenilmez.
Yıllardır rezervasyon yaparım ilk defa bu tesiste sorun yaşadım. 997.71USD buharlaştı.

Extremely noisy and bad billing issues

Apartment was not done when we arrived so we had to go back to reception and get a different one
Extremely noisy with highway just a few meters away, terrible window insulation, very hard to sleep with noise. AC also noisy

Apart from that they charged me double for parking and despite reaching out to the hotel they basically said they can't fix it. Do not leave without checking the bill, don't accept the 'we send it via email'
