Tysons Corner Suites, A Baymont by Wyndham

It was rundown and the room felt shabby.

The older gentleman at the front counter was very rude. When we were ready for bed we found bed bugs and checked out immediately. The clerk at the front desk didn’t seem surprised and offered to give my money back.

Я столько путешествовал по миру , и никогда не сталкивался с таким пренебрежением. Это не отель , а хостел
Там жутко грязно , я был там 2 ночи их которых на вторую ночь сбежала от туда , и не смогла уснуть .
За 2 ночи я заплатила 300$, и жалею , потому что этот отель не стоит даже 1 доллара
Никогда не бронируйте это грязное место
На кухне нет чайника , и приборов для приготовления
По итогу я просто два дня заказывала доставку
За эти две ночи никто даже не предложил убраться в номере , даже воду не предложили
Перед заселением они без разрешения списывают с вас 100$ , хотя я даже не понимаю за что там брать залог, если место дерьмо. Пожалуйста не связывайтесь с ними никогда.

There was noise above my room. It sounded like people running or moving furniture. I asked the clerk to check it out and she said that there was no one working there or moving furniture. When I was checking out there was a worker moving chairs into and out of the room directly above us. So I was right and she was wrong or knew about it and didn't want to say anything.

The bedding for the pullout sofa wasn’t in the room. By the time we lugged all of our luggage upstairs, we were exhausted. We just gave our son the duvet cover from our bed. When inquired about the bedding we were told it was at the front desk. Too far and too late to go and pick it up. Wish we were told when we were at the front desk.

The only hicop was on the first night. The kitchen floor kept getting wet in front of the fridge into the next morning (Friday). Water was leaking from the ceiling on top of and behind the fridge getting onto the floor. Apparently the AC or something was leaking from the suite above mine. After being told about the situation, a staff person on inspection found the equipment above my suite was leaking into my unit. He fixed or turned it off upstairs. The leaked stopped and the floor was able to dry out that day (Friday). I mostly ate out, so I didn't use the kitchen much except to keep a few things cold in the fridge. The leak and wet floor was a minor issue. Otherwise, a nice suite.

The guy at the desk was kind enough to reduce my deposit, however there was some confusion with the payment. He wasn't very clear and I'd been traveling for days and ended up paying the deposit on my bank card which is what I was trying to avoid. Pretty sure he thought I was stupid because he said should I charge the room on the card on file... And then stared at me. Expectingly when the keypad lit up so I assumed I had to present the card on file because there was literally no clarification

Dirty arm chair
Very limited breakfast items
Had to take luggage up stairs
No elevator
Key only worked one time
Had to keep going back to office everytime to reactivate it

Tysons Corner Suites, A Baymont by Wyndham ist leider eine Anlage die in den Jahren gekommen ist. Vielleicht sollte man die Zimmer wieder erneuern. Der Pool war out of order. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten oben und ein Bettroom unten.
Geschirr war nur für 2 Personen vorhanden. Was wir nicht verstanden hatten es wude in 8 Tagen nicht einmal der Müll, Handtücher oder die Betten gemacht. Es war in der Zeit kein Personal im Zimmer! Vielleich soll das so sein. Unten am Haus stand ein großer Mülleimer wo wir den Müll immer unterbringen konten. Einmal holten wir uns Handtücher und Klorollen.

Cockroaches

Bathroom had a lot of wear & tear, and not a lot of plumbing pressure. Bed & pillows were uncomfortable.

The place could do with a proper deep clean
Breakfast isn't exactly the most appetising one

Dated facilities. Especially Bathrooms.

Questionable room door security.

Difficulty finding room due to poor signage( overgrowth ).Especially at night.

People hanging out IN their cars around the property at night.

Breakfast offered was sparce. At the time , coffee , waffles , fruit. People waiting in a small area to get a limited quantity of selection. Wouldn't rely on this.

Breakfast was ok..the man preparing the food was a nice guy
