We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay! Stunning lobby area. Marco at the front desk was particularly helpful.
Location was great. Just a few blocks from the Grand Place, close to central station and tons of restaurants. Mont des Arts was just steps away.
Our room, #630 was a jr. suite on the top floor. Excellent sleep quality, although we did hear some distant music on the Saturday night we were there. A/C, hot water, water pressure and blackout blinds were very good. Housekeeping kept our room perfect.
Breakfast buffet, (included in our booked rate) was very good. Only slight downside was if you order special eggs, it took quite a while.
Executive lounge (for Hilton Diamond level and up) was appreciated. The evening hours offered a variety of wine/beer, but very limited food. Service in lounge was very friendly.

Me and my family stayed here for 3 nights and our experience was wonderful. The rooms were decently sized. The bathrooms were big from a European standard perspective. The front desk was very helpful. Parminder, the front desk employee deserves a shout out for giving us free breakfast even though our booking didn't not include breakfast. The breakfast bar was very elaborate and amazing. The hotel is also so centrally located just across from the Brussels Central station. The only gripe we had was the AC temp couldn't be lowered beyond a certain point. Overall a superb experience and we would definitely consider this property again. The fitness center was well equipped.
I stayed at the Hilton Brussels Grand Place for seven nights and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. Being directly across from Brussels Central Station made getting around very convenient. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Grand Place, many attractions and restaurants.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the staff I interacted with were pleasant throughout my stay. One fun bit of local history is the Smurfs originated in Belgium, and they pop up throughout the hotel.
I would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

Great location when travelling with suitcases from the train station. Also very close to the main square and the beer museum. Comfortable beds!
My room charge. I have requested an invoice from hilton via the chat option on booking.com but have yet to receive it.
We were stuggling with jet-lag so first evening we were able to order room service. It was quick and fresh. Another evening we also tried calling for room service but it rang out 3 times. There are many restaurants close by though (we were just too exhausted to head out).
