Beautiful hotel with large rooms, very good bathrooms and the location is very close to Grand Place and across the road from the train station. We received free early check-in and one free breakfast as a welcoming gift.

A good Hilton Hotel in central Brussels, opposite the main station which is underground (no noise). Short walking distance to Grand Place and the major touristic spots there. You can also walk to Sablon, the Royal Palace. The Parking Garage is Interparking Grand Place. It is not run by Hilton and costs about 30 Euros per day. It is a bit difficult to find, use your GPS. The traffic is moderate, but you need your nerves. There are two entrances to the parking garage. Use the one at Boulevard de L'Imperatrice. There is a direct access from the parking garage to the Hilton with a lift. Look in the four corners of the rectangular parking garage.
The hotel is spacious, the room as well. Excellent breakfast Hilton style. Good A/C., good bed, good bathroom. Minor problems with room installations were rapidly addressed and repaired. Except for a communication problem that concerned the vouchers given as compensation for the closed Executive Lounge, everything was perfect. 90% of the staff was very friendly and helpful, with 10% (at the reception), we had our issues.
The price is appropriate for the hotel. We would certainly come again.
De erg centrale ligging recht tegenover de centraal station.
Ondanks deze ligging geen storende geluiden van buiten hoorbaar in de kamer.
Erg ruim bed met bedlinnen van zeer goede kwaliteit.
Een mooi en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
Ik had bewust een exclusieve kamer geboekt om gebruik te kunnen te maken van de lounge en bijhorende voordelen.
Door renovatiewerken was de lounge echter gesloten.
Ter compensatie werd er 1 drankje per persoon in de hotel bar aangeboden wat ik erg karig vond.
Ondanks dat al het personeel zeer vriendelijk was stoorde ik me erg aan het feit dan niemand van het personeel de Nederlandse taal machtig was.
In onze 2 talige hoofdstad vind ik dat erg triestig.
