Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, très bien situé, buffet pdj super

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de parking appartenant à l’hôtel, celui à côté coûte 30€ la journée cela revient vite chère

Poor value for money and not deserving of its 4 star status. Not a place I would return to
Pros:

Central location and easy walk to key points. Across from the train station. Breakfast was decent but limited. Room service and restaurant were good.

Cons:

Bathrooms were dated and worn even after the renovations. Carpets in the hallway were ripped. Really felt like a low end 3 star hotel. Front desk staff were barely helpful. I booked a room with lounge access and they did not even mention it or provide access. I had to remind them of it.

Scarsa attenzione al particolare e quindi al cliente .E’ impensabile che in un hotel a 4 stelle manchino in camera le ciabatte,ed in bagno non esista un set cortesia e venga data in dotazione 1 sola cuffia per tutto il soggiorno.Premetto che abbiamo soggiornato io e mio marito in una camera King.Inoltre scarsa pulizia ,la tazza per il caffè sporca l’ ho trovata sporca nella stessa posizione la sera quando sono rientrata in hotel.Per non parlare del
