Good location. Close by the famous grand place and all there is to do in the area around it. Good size room with bathroom (although both need some updating - no deal breaker though), good breakfast buffet, and a fantastic gym!

Muy buena la atención en la recpción, muy bien ubicado, la habitación amplia, buena limpieza

La ubicación, instalaciones del hotel, habitación y baño amplio, todo en buenas condiciones, friobar, secadora de cabello, comodidad de las camas, toallas en buen estado, shampoo, acondicionador, muy buen servicio en la recepción del hotel

Cons:

Quizás cuando ponías al máximo el aire acondicionado generaba algo de ruido pro en el nivel intermedio dejaba de sonar y mantenía en buen estado la temperatura del ambiente

Un soggiorno eccellente: comfort, posizione strategica e servizi di qualità

Posizione assolutamente centrale, ideale per raggiungere comodamente a piedi i principali punti di interesse della città e perfettamente collegata ai mezzi di trasporto. Dalla stazione centrale partono treni frequenti per visitare città di grande interesse come Bruges e Anversa e per l’aeroporto di Zaventem raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti di treno. A pochi passi dall’hotel si trovano inoltre le fermate dei bus turistici Hop-On Hop-Off, particolarmente comodi per esplorare la città.
La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, con un bagno ampio e funzionale. Il letto si è rivelato estremamente comodo e la biancheria ottimale. Il bar al piano terra propone ottimi cocktail analcolici, ideali per un piacevole aperitivo dopo una giornata di visite. La colazione rappresenta uno dei principali punti di forza della struttura: un’ampia selezione di prodotti freschi e di qualità, accompagnata da una grande varietà di proposte in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza e preferenza. Nel complesso, un soggiorno estremamente confortevole e pratico, reso ancora più piacevole dall’attenzione ai dettagli e dall’elevato livello dei servizi offerti.

Cons:

Nulla da segnalare riguardo all’hotel: tutto è stato impeccabile, dall’accoglienza ai servizi offerti. L’unica osservazione riguarda la piazza antistante la struttura, che beneficerebbe di una maggiore cura e di un servizio di riordino e pulizia più frequente da parte dell’amministrazione cittadina, così da valorizzare ulteriormente il contesto urbano circostante.

Perfect location, disappointing service.

• Excellent location ⭐
• Walking distance to Grand Place, Brussels Central Station, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants
• Very lively area, perfect for tourists and easy city exploring

Cons:

• Room furniture/bed headboard had visible scratches and wear
• Room phone service was poor — nobody answered calls to reception or housekeeping during our stay
• Tea/coffee/milk amenities were not refilled
• Staff refused extra refills when requested
• Reception and breakfast staff were not very welcoming or friendly

Nice Accomodation
Pros:

The location is excellent - right near Central Station and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very nice accommodations. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We did not order room service but the breakfasts were good.
