Never coming back
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was nice

Cons:

The hotel is trash. Ceiling gotta big ass while in it above our clean towels. Mold in the shower the tub didn’t even look cleaned.

I had a great stay there and I will come there again and I will tell family and friends about it

The breakfast was good I think you could have had a little more where it could have been when we could have made pancakes bacon you don't have some eggs a little sandwiches more fruit

I would not recommend the stay
Cons:

Felt like I was staying at a dealers flop house. STAY AWAY
Pros:

Nothing. It was gross and run down. Every garbage can on the property was overflowing onto the ground. Hallway was not vacuumed and hadn’t been in a while. It smelled terrible. All grass is over a foot high. It looked like an abandoned property. Heavy police presence in the parking lot. ALL PICTURES ARE FROM YEARS AGO.

Everything. This is a flop house.

I could not wait to check out of this disaster. Really not the place to stay.

I could not access my room from the outside exit as the door lock was broken. The room was not clean and the Lamps were broken or did not work. The breakfast was horrible. Cold Coffee and just beagles. The eating area was dirty and there was no one around. There were no coffee cups for the coffee pot in the room. There was only one bath towel and very few other towels. I would never stay at this Ramada Inn ever again. The receptionist was busy on the phone making appointments for hiring new employees and was too busy to assist me checking in.

I did not enjoy my stay . Will not book here again
Pros:

Room was big on the 5th floor .
They where linked to a Mexican restaurant

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work
They don’t have fresh towels when you ask for it . Had to use the same towel for 3 days
The level I stayed on had a bad gas smell . When I complained they said I can call the gas company to come check
Non existent breakfast. Black coffee and a few pastries.
Had to ask for milk and juice at reception

Terrible—you should refund any one that stays there!

The broken furniture in the lobby …we should have run away

Cons:

Check-in took forever b/c people were complaining about their rooms …the line was out the door -rooms were dirty-bugs -mold-stained sheets -very gross…one of our members arrived at 1a and witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot… sketchy look to the whole place
There was one towel per room …went to get more…they didn’t have any clean ones…stop back later -still none! We shouldn’t have to share towels or go buy sheets at Walmart

Very rundown hotel and almost no support system in place.
Pros:

The room was met in a clean state. Some of the light bulbs were out.

Cons:

The room itself was reasonably clean when I checked in, but unfortunately no cleaning service was provided during my entire stay. Some of the light bulbs in the room were out, which made the room feel poorly maintained.

The biggest issue was the lack of customer service. There was hardly anyone available to assist with problems or requests. Towels were never replaced, and when I went to the front desk to request fresh towels, the staff offered little to no help.

Overall, the hotel has potential because of the location, but the poor housekeeping service, lack of maintenance and lack of support from staff made the experience disappointing.
