Pros:

World-class experience with great service. The onsen, the pool and comfort of the rooms were all first-rate. View was spectacular. Shuttle bus service to Beppu Eki was helpful. Was great to finish our holiday travelling around Kyushu at this hotel.

チェックイン時には、グリーンガムのような清々しいオシボリと爽やかなドリンクでのオモテナシ。猛暑中で疲れた身体を癒やして戴きました🙂

Cons:

朝食時のメニューで、オーダー料金が記されてなかったので（インフォメーションには詳細に記されていました）実際の料金には、超ビックリ🫨しました。

妻と2人なら再訪したい
Pros:

プール以外は良かった。

Cons:

プールは期待はずれ。小さく底にゴミが目立っていた。
施設側の問題ではないが夜に別の宿泊者が火災発報機のボタンを押してしまい小中学生の子どもたちがトラウマ級の恐怖感を味わった。
二度と行かないと酷評。

素晴らしいホテルでした
Pros:

一流ホテルだけあって、全てのサービスがいき届いており何一つ不満はなかった。
小さな子供連れだったが、負担になる事もなかった。
ロケーションは特に素晴らしく、子供達も喜んでいて満足だった。
また、行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

Cons:
