Overprized hotel, with great F&B staff with unacceptable pool charges
Pros:

Staff at the bar and Breakfast have been amazing. Beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

Check-in experience and breakfast selection was average. The staff at the breakfast compensated this with an excellent service attitude. Very disappointed about the pool and sauna facilities which are chargeable at 10EUR per person and per day. So for one night this would be 40eur additional for two guests. Considering Westin is known for wellness,wellbeing and sports this is besides of the prices and the category of the hotel rather embarrassing. The pool is fairly cold and the showers partially broken. Unacceptable for a brand like this and would be reason to choose a different hotel for my next stay in Leipzig due to this

Von der An- bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt! Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück große Auswahl, Zimmer sauber, Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel, Lage hervorragend!

Pros:

Ich komme regelmäßig nach Leipzig und für mich ist das Hotel mit der tollen Lage, Ausstattung und Ausblick und dem serviceorientiertem Personal (highlight Bar/Restaurant) stets eine Buchung wert!

Toller Hotelname kann aber die daraus entstandene Erwartung nicht ganz erfüllen
Pros:

Super Lage - saubere Zimmer. Man versucht teilweise erfolgreich nicht böse gemeint aber einen alten Kasten als modern zu verkaufen.

Cons:

Das der Parkplatz nicht zum Hotel gehört ist nicht ersichtlich! Eingang über Seitentür am Haupteingang ist schlecht beschrieben (ausser mir haben gleichzeitig noch 2 Pers. geschaut wo es rein geht!)! Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Badewannen als Dusche und schlecht reparierte Fließen, dazu ein Fön mit einem 30 cm Kabel (etwas Kurz)! Check In und Check Out sehr Old Style - modern geht anders!
