A senhora que fez o nosso checkout grosseira, nao me deixava acabar as frases super arrogante. Roupa da cama com uma mancha, provavelmente de café. 🤔

To be completely honest, yes, most of the staff were friendly, especially the people at the entrance and reception. However, the lady responsible for cleaning the rooms was quite rude in our opinion. Also, even though there were two of us staying in the room, and despite specifically asking the housekeeping staff in the morning for two sets of towels, we still had to request them again every evening from the reception staff.

I also wouldn’t say the hotel was exceptionally clean or particularly comfortable. On the positive side, the location was absolutely perfect.

There was ongoing renovation work in the hotel as well. Especially on our first day, the noise from the upper floor was so intense that we genuinely felt like the ceiling might collapse on us. I believe this should have been clearly mentioned before booking the room.

Still, thank you for the hospitality. However, considering the price range, I personally don’t think I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

Comfortable, but not 4 stars
Pros:

The staff was lovely and attentive. They also helped with free luggage storage. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious enough. The location was also excellent!

Cons:

It did not feel like a 4 star hotel. I expect a higher standard of comfort and luxury from a 4 star hotel. The pillows are ok, but the towels were thin and worn. Overall, it feels like a decent, comfortable 3 star hotel.

Pros:

La décoration est belle.
L’emplacement est pratique et il y a des restaurants sympas à proximité.

Cons:

Le lavabo de la salle de bain s’écoulait très mal. Problème de canalisation à déboucher.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem Hotel mit Pariser Charme
Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel, mit Charme eingerichtet, mit sehr guter Lage mit guter Anbindung an Metro, super freundliches Personal, sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr erfreulich auch, dass es in der Lobby einen kostenlosen Wasserspender gab. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, es sah aber sehr lecker aus.
