We had an incredible stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and despite being in a busy city, it was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The staff were outstanding: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection and delicious food each morning.

We did have a very small issue with the bathtub during our stay, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. They were genuinely apologetic and went above and beyond by providing us with complimentary breakfast as compensation, which we really appreciated.

Overall, the service, comfort, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Paris!

I loved this hotel, everything was great, the facilities are quite good, some rooms better than others, however they are adequately spacious (13-17m2) and overall quite clean,the AC was super functional and you don't hear any noise from other rooms. The best part was the incredible staff especially Sonam. This lady was incredible, helped us out on several occasions. ( Shout out to Yannis as well) We will for sure come back again for our next stay in Paris.

Cool and clean. We were here during a heatwave and the airconditioning was superb! Friendly staff, very nice welcome with cold water when the room wasn’t ready yet. Nice to be able to leave the luggage, also on the day of departure. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, there were plenty of bakery’s around. Nice neighborhood, felt safe as a woman with her son, also at night. We walked back from the seine at night after the 14 Julliet fireworks and it felt safe.

The room is small, but is clean, and most importantly, AC is strong/cold. There's a lift, small but better than none. There's daily breakfast available, and refillable water jug you can take to the room. It's close to dining places, next door to the Police. It's about 10-15 minute walk to Moulin Rouge. Met my criteria - clean, safe, with AC & lift. :)

La atención de la chica de recepción (no me se el nombre, rasgos asiáticos), muy pacífica, amable y siempre trata de resolverte todo con mucha amabilidad. Me dejó guardar mi equipaje en recepción casi todo el día tras mi salida porque mi vuelo no salía hasta por la noche

Mi è piaciuto tutto del mio soggiorno, dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff, alle colazioni di alta qualità ogni giorno.
Pulizia ottima, palazzo caratteristico.
Camera super silenziosa dotata di condizionatore.
Grazie davvero a tutto lo staff, sempre solare e cortese!

We stayed for 6 nights, and really liked it: location was great; room was spacious and clean; AC worked very well (important when the outside temperature is 95F!); and - equally important - very friendly staff. We had a couple of small problems along the way, and they were promptly solved to our satisfaction. Looking forward to stay there again!

The staff are great. The hotel is cozy and well maintained . I keep coming back !
