Хороший завтрак не разнообразный но вкусный. Отзывчивый персонал. Отель красивый есть маленький лифт. До всех достопримечательностей минут 15. Вид с окна красивый

Cons:

В первый день я обнаружила пыль сказала об этом на ресепшен но ее так и никто не убрал. Первый день уборка номера не была выполнена в качестве извинений отель дал нам шампанское. Наши окна выходили на улицу и было довольно шумно.

Pros:

The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The location was superb.

Cons:

We had 2 rooms booked, 1 room was cleaned once and the other not at all. The blinds in the room did not shut. We didn't enjoy the breakfast and after the first time we went to a cafe down the road instead.

SI RESPIRA STORIA: POSIZIONE COMODISSIMA
Pros:

La posizione: davanti ai mercati di Traiano (e nei pressi del Quirinale) ma soprattutto nei pressi dell’imponente colonna di Traiano(per me che sono laureata in lettere classiche e storica antica è stato magico così come camminare per Roma imbattendomi in un rudere ogni 5metri). Le principali attrazioni sono nei dintorni (circa 10/15 min a piedi per Pantheon, Colosseo, musei capitolini… etc). Se si visitano i fori con consapevolezza, si inizia con i fori repubblicani, poi con il palatino e le domus e poi si ripassa dall’arco di tito direzione arco di severo per raggiungere i fori imperiali che terminano cronologicamente con il foro traianeo e dopo 4 ore sotto il sole…. ringrazi che ci sia l’hotel a 4 passi dalla colonna!
Lo staff è stato molto cordiale.
A 3min a piedi c’è la fermata bus “nazionale/quirinale” che è tornata utile per risparmiare qualche energia causa caldo invivibile.
LGBT friendly: lo scrivo se torna utile a qualcuno. Io non ho avuto problemi e per me è importante.

Cons:

Non ho gradito 2 cose, ma non oscurano la mia opinione assolutamente positiva!
Da un hotel a 4 stelle avrei apprezzato un bagno ristrutturato o comunque con almeno 2 ganci per gli asciugamani da doccia e così avrei anche preferito una doccia alla vasca o un ambiente un po’ più comodo; la seconda cosa sarebbe stato meglio avere un condizionatore più moderno per regolare la temperatura.

A good value for money stay in a central location for major landmarks
Pros:

The property was pretty central with a 5 min walk in either direction to main attractions. The room itself was a triple and was generous size and clean. The wifi worked, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a nice continental. The hotel had some cheerful charm with its decor and smelled nice. There were works being undertaken on the property so there was some scaffolding but it didn’t interfere with access. A small mini market close by for cold drinks!

Cons:

The lift was small and could only fit 2 people so we took turns climbing the stairs. There was a strong focus on the mini bar - one day we were contacted 3 times about the mini bar and had to take photos for the cleaner on her phone, understandable as there are charges but it was just a bit odd. I would have preferred if they just came and took the photos themselves.

Hotel maravilhoso!!!
Pros:

Esse foi o melhor hotel que já fiquei na Europa, a atenção dos atendentes sempre sorrindo e prestes a ajudar. Os quartos são grandes, café da manhã delicioso, localização perfeita!! Super recomendo

The hotel didn’t disappoint but the airport transfer they arranged did.
Pros:

Clean, in a good location with friendly staff.
Also breakfast was good.

Cons:

The taxi they sent for the transfer from the airport was old, dirty, with a lot of external damage and the suspension was so poor the ride was not comfortable.
I should have used the train.
