Overall decent for the money. EXCELLENT COMFY BEDS.
Pros:

Was told the full breakfast was included with room. But had to pay full $18.00/2 per day.

Check your bill at the restaurant for overcharges
Cons:

Shower drain was slow. Hair floating in the pool. Dirt on the floor of the hot tub. In the restaurant, the hostess added over $20 to our bill when she cashed us out.

Overall, if you are only staying for a short time, the hotel is not a bad option.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and overall it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a pretty good location, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby.

Cons:

There were a few downsides. Parking can be difficult to find on weekends, and breakfast is available for an extra charge. This time, we also had a room with beds and mattresses that were not very comfortable.

The biggest issue for us was the soundproofing. Even though the hotel description says the rooms are well soundproofed, there are noticeable gaps around the doors, so you can clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Because of this, it was difficult to sleep well at night.

We also had an issue with the shower. It was difficult to get both a comfortable water temperature and good water pressure at the same time. When the water was very hot, the pressure was fine, but at a normal, comfortable temperature, the water came out in a very weak stream.

The coffee in the lobby was also disappointing. It was extremely watery, almost transparent, with very little coffee flavor, and simply did not taste good.

Horrible and very disappointing
Pros:

The front desk saved the early check in cause I tried to check in 30 minutes early.

Cons:

Almost everything. No complimentary breakfast and it was so expensive. The room was horrific. It was supposed to have a couch and it did not, it smelled horrible of cat pee, and the door did not shut we had to slam it and all maintenance said was that’s how all the doors are.

Good business hotel but pool not clean
Pros:

Good business hotel but I can’t say it is up to usual Hilton standard. Hence the average ratings. Location is fine for those who come here for business visits. Big premise so look pretty grand. Spacious room and the best feature is their comfortable king size bed. However, some things to take note:
- strict on early check in, even for members. I arrived around noon and they wouldn’t allow me in unless I pay extra fees. The hotel doesn’t look occupied so why miss the opportunity to please a business customer. So I stayed at the open lounge to work for 2hours before getting in at 2pm.
- jacuzzi is nice but I was disgusted when I found out many clumps of hair floating in the pool while swimming. They should clean more often.
- breakfast was okay but everyday same old same old. Nice lady at the front with good service.
- onsite restaurant only opens for dinner. Limited option but Uber Eats is super convenient. Use that instead.
- Toilet is plain looking. Sink area was better.
- USB at bedside area not working.

Overall okay but can be better.

Great place to stay in Andover
Pros:

Amy makes the best Lemon Drop! Great experience at the Doubletree….we’ve been coming to this hotel for over 35 years -
Before it was a Hilton property. Well done!
