Pros:

The location is perfect--easy access to the beach, with great views. And our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a corner room on the 8th floor, which had two balconies. Also, there's a parking garage right on site which was incredibly convenient.

Cons:

The tv is a little old. No options for streaming apps, or to cast from your device, and not even a cable TV programming guide we could find. Parking was a little tight, the spaces are small. Also, you should be prepared to drive right into temporary parking from Atlantic Ave to check in. It's easy to miss.

Overall a great stay!
Pros:

The location was great! The housekeeping was on top getting new towels and emptying trash daily. Breakfast was always fully stocked.

Cons:

My only issue was feeling a lack of safety for my family. There are signs in the parking garage that say the hotel isn't responsible for damage to property or property being stolen, and yet there were homeless people walking around the garage and hotel. My husband was harrased by a homeless man asking for money. He followed him non-stop. To make sure the kids and I were safe, he firmly told him to stay there and that he would bring him something. Homeless men also came in and had the hotel breakfast. I saw a guest being told that they needed to wear shoes in the dining area for health reasons, and yet there was nothing being done about the homeless men walking in and helping themselves to food. The staff were aware of it, I heard them talking about it, yet they did nothing. I shouldn't have to worry about my kids being safe! And honestly, if you don't want to be responsible for theft or damage to property, then you should have some form of security so that homeless people are not wandering around our vehicles and harassing customers. It's unfair and unprofessional!

Didn’t clean the room daily. Breakfast is terrible, nothing much to eat.
