Overall a very good place to stay
Pros:

It was clean, staff was friendly, we got the room we had booked on booking.com as well.

Cons:

One of the elevators started making a bouncing motion when going up and down about half way through our trip. It seemed a bit unsafe but they did not shut down the elevator to look at the issue. Luckily they have two elevators in the building so if one isn’t working there is another.

Perfect, memorable.
Pros:

Cleanliness, service, location, breakfast, parking facilities, everything was exceptional and made our stay a very positive. I would recommend choosing this hotel for your visit to Virginia Beach.

Comfortable, easy access, long be the parking deck on same floor as room, breakfast was good- wish it was open a little

My trip was cancelled by someone at the property two months ago and then said it was booking.coms fault and they did nothing to rectify the situation and we had to scramble to find another hotel on memorial weekend

Pros:

We went to this location because they had an indoor pool. Online I did not see that the pool was closed. We knew it was going to rain so I wanted to have the kids play in the pool. It was closed because they were waiting for a part. They said it should be here in the evening and the part never was there. I was a little disappointed

The parking garage. Unless you drive a compact car the parking is a nightmare.
