About average room with a nice view, clean and a good a/c. EASY walk to a lot of restaurants.
Cons:

The parking rate changed, the advert said free, then it was $10, then $20. A stupid thing to be doing for solo little gain. They did agree to charge me $10. I'll consuder this next time I'm looking ar booking a Radison property.

It was ok but could have been better .

In door pool . Close to the beach . Private parking .

The hall way ac didn’t work . No ice maker on our floor . Our fan in our bathroom didn’t work. The sink drain was clogged with the previous people who stayed. When we first arrived we got put on 7th floor and our front door didn’t lock and it wasn’t the room we paid for . So we went back to the lobby to let them know our door didn’t lock and they put us in a different room still not the room we paid for we paid over a grand just to have a regular room we got down sized from our price and no money back on the down grade and our sea view balcony had dried up dog poop all over it . When on the website and our paper we had received when we got in our room say no dogs allowed. So there for we didn’t do much sitting on the balcony. Also our ac unit on the balcony was broke and the chair was holding the back on .

I would stay again
Pros:

Staff was friendly. The location was ideal. A lot was going on right where we were located and that was unexpected annd cool. For the most part the hotel was clean. I liked the access to the parking deck from the guest floors.

Cons:

The breakfast was bad. We ate it once and didn’t return. I get that powdered eggs are used in a lot of places when mass produced but those were very clearly powdered and bad. The sausage was not good. The potatoes were not pleasing to look at. Overall the breakfast was a 0 out of 10 for us. One of our beds was exceptionally bad also. The other was bearable but the one close to the balcony really needs to be replaced I suggest trying to make the doors to the parking deck quieter. Our final night was hard..People were in and out and we were right in front of that door in 423. Not pleasant at all

Decent enough.
Pros:

We arrived at 11:30am. We registered with the front desk where they gave us a temporary parking pass to park in the parking deck and let us know that our room was almost ready. We were able to use the downstairs bathroom to change into our swimsuits and go enjoy the beach. At 2:00 we were ready to get some lunch so we went to the hotel where they gave us our room keys and a more permanent parking pass. We got into our room 2 hours early. The staff was very friendly and you are able to park on the same floor as your room. The hotel has beach access and the staff is constantly cleaning the floors. The hotel also offers free cookies between 4-8 which was a just right snack after the beach.

Cons:

It’s on the end of Atlantic avenue that smells like weed and seems a little more sketchy than the other end. I would say I wouldn’t stay any lower than 21st street for sure. One thing I will say, when we arrived, our mattress was caved in across the bed the short way. The springs were all broken. We had to flip the entire mattress. (King sized mattress). That helped some. But while we were undressing the bed, we found several stains on the mattress from you know what and a blood stain on the mattress pad. We opted to sleep on top of the covers and under a blanket we had brought with us. Other than that, we had a great stay.
