The elevator was very slow

We had two rooms and they charged me twice for parking one car. They did however, make it right snd reimbursed me after I called them about it.

They need to have a small market for energy drinks and snacks

The breakfast was below average, and I was surprised by the additional parking charge. The bathroom fan wasn’t working. Housekeeping was only provided upon request during our three-night stay, which was different from what I expected. Unfortunately, we also saw roaches in the room.

The king size bed - the foot end of the bed felt higher than the head end. The mattress wasn't that comfortable and seem to dip in the middle. On our third day the mini refrigerator froze our lunch meat and fruits. On our checkout day the A/C condensation leaked into our room which sometimes can be unavoidable if not adequately maintained.
The free continental breakfast was a nice touch but we're thinking the scrambled eggs were powder based.

Daily housekeeping has essentially been eliminated and replaced with a towel exchange, which is disappointing for a hotel marketed at this level.

The elevators are another major issue. They become extremely crowded during peak periods, particularly around 8–10 AM and 4–6 PM, when guests are going to breakfast or returning from the beach. Staff are also frequently using the same elevators during these times, competing for space with guests. This seems like something management could easily organize better by limiting staff elevator use during peak hours.

Noise from the room doors is also a significant problem. The doors are very heavy, and the door closers/dampers that are supposed to prevent them from slamming shut do not seem to work properly on many of the doors. As a result, doors slam loudly throughout the hallways, which is especially disruptive early in the morning and at night. This appears to be a maintenance issue that should have been addressed.

Breakfast has potential, but the use of powdered eggs lowers the quality considerably, and the breakfast area becomes extremely crowded between 8 and 9 AM. Again, better organization and management could significantly improve the experience.

Another small but telling detail is that Radisson members receive two complimentary bottles of water at check-in, prominently displayed at the front desk. Rather than feeling like a meaningful perk, it gives the impression that something as basic as bottled water is being treated as a luxury. It is another example of decisions that feel poorly thought through for a hotel positioned as upscale.
