Great location
First room was really musty. We were given another room and it was less musty but still aggravated my allergies. There also was a swarm of flies near the inside of the front entrance that just started there.
Comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating
Squeaky doors
Amazing location and great staff... Central location and great spot to explore Vancouver CnD and surronds
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows . All amenities in room
Dated hotel and infrastructure, staff work really hard to keep it clean and presentable but Cleary needs a revamp. Has got so much potential but the 70s-80 decor, carpet and gym equipment just needs updating. Also still don't get why hotel gym open at 7 and close at gym? So are guests going to run away with weights ... A 5 AM start is the least for most work travellers. The property has the potential to get a 10 but at 500$ a night, it just felt undercooked...
Muy buena ubicación.
El precio es absolutamente exagerado para la comodidad y servicio del hotel. No es recomendable.
Breakfast wasn’t an option. The location was good for our requirements.
We are Tea drinkers, a kettle would have been great instead of a coffee maker.
I was not aware that there was a breakfast
If there was a breakfast I wasn’t told
Mostly ok
When arrived first room had a huge coke machine outside door which was very noisy. Why is it even needed? Moved us to another room but was smaller than we booked. Moved again but all rooms noisy in south tower due to huge air con unit on neighbouring building
The location was perfect!
It was walkable distance to every place I wanted to go to - I loved the room , the bed was extremely comfortable and I could relax in the couch in the room too which was spacious. Moxies had delicious food everytime I ate there and everyone was so professional and kind
The bathroom was too narrow , the extra blanket I used had a stain on it seems it had not been swapped out from the last user .
Close to Queen Elizabeth theatre.
Clean, had early check in.
The vending machine on third would not work.
The room we initially received was nice and big for the 4 of us. However about 2 hours after we settled, a mouse appeared and my daughter and wife were very scared as this mouse ran all over the carpet while our bags were open....eventually he ran under the beds, at which point we called the front desk and told them. They re located us to a significantly smaller smaller room where we felt very crowded and less comfortable.
There was a mouse in our room and we were sent to a smaller room!!! We were only given a $50 dollars in a food voucher....I felt that was an insult and it should had been at least a free night or a full meal for the whole family as 50 canadian dollars only covered the drinks at their hotel.
It was spotless and central - easy to walk to a lot of places we wanted to see.
The rooms are tiny compared to what we are used to and not really comfortable for longer stays when one has a lot of luggage. Our room had nothing to put our suitcases on but we were given a stand when we addressed the issue with reception.
