Nice hotel need to sort the generator noises out
Pros:

The bed and the location were great. 15 min walk from Downtown and next to the sports stadium

Cons:

Excess noise from generators all night suspect for kitchens or aircom units and building work early mornings. Lifts very slow and staff using the same lifts made access difficult with long waits.

We liked the location, so easy to get to everything we wanted to.

Noisy cleaners so early and people coming in late very loud as our room was right next the elevator.

Great location, great staff, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

We arrived well before check in for an event at Roger's Arena. Checked in early, chatted with the man at the dest about our event. He was incredibly friendly, I just wish I could remember his name. A+ service from all staff on site!

Cons:

Everything was extremely smooth, no hiccups or unpleasantness.

Very pleased.
Pros:

Our bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect for our stay.

Cons:

The north tower elevators were slow and always full. At times it was easier to take the steps from our third floor room.

Was able to navigate Vancouver easily,perfect location and proximity to public transpo

“Touris disappointed: Super 8/ Motel 6 a couple of levels up
Pros:

Nasty, ignorant staff! If someone gets locked out of their room, it's not intentional. If the issue is that you doubt the ownership of the room, you should have another way to prove ownership. It’s not the customer’s fault. Employees who try to be a smart ass and try to school a customer are stupid and ignorant!
Dirty facilities—don't provide shelves in the room if you’re not going to clean them. Even worse, if you request that the shelves be cleaned because your black clothes got dirty and dusty, make sure they know what needs cleaning, or remove the shelves. We travel, hoping to wear clean clothes. It’s a waste of time and effort to have to go shopping because of the filth in the room.
Terrible internet on my floor! Make sure to provide a stable and reliable internet connection in the rooms. Attending a meeting at 7:00 am (9 am East Coast) in the lobby and having staff make you feel uncomfortable is CRAZY!
Not sure why take this time if you are not going to take these comments seriously. If you care about the customer let me know it. 😓

Pros:

Personal war aufmerksam und hat direkt auf Geruch im Flur und Maus im Zimmer reagiert.

Cons:

- Maus im Zimmer gesehen!
- Stechender fauliger Geruch im Flur durch defekte Eis-Maschine. Geruch ist ins Zimmer gezogen.
- Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen.

Highly recommend staying here for a visit to Vancouver.
Pros:

Loved an early morning swim before heading out for the day. Sharkies sports bar attached to the property was fantastic. Very friendly staff upon arrival.

Cons:

All good! No complaints here!

Stayed there two weeks before and all ws great. This second stay was a big disappointment
Pros:

Beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Chair had brown stains on it in the shape of a bum.
Stain on one of the walls.
TV very difficult to figure out, I had to call the front desk to get it to work.
The "smoke free room " smelled of cigarette smoke.
One table lamp and that did not work.
At the front desk when leaving the hotel no consideration for any compensation.I was just told that ....oh well that is one of the floor animals are allowed and I should have asked for room change ...ie my fault.
