Solid central hotel close to downtown
Pros:

Superb location close to river and downtown. Handy tram stop across the street within the free travel zone. Staff welcoming and helpful. Free parking was great. We had a 4th floor room and noticed the tram noise so maybe ask for a higher floor if noise is an issue. Good hotel for our first night in Canada. Small pool and hot tub perfect for fending off jet lag.

Wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic inside!

Pros:

Gute Lage, man kann das Wesentliche zu Fuß erreichen, sonst fährt die Tram direkt vor dem Hotel ab (Downtownbereich kostenlos). Frühstück im Moxy ist landestypisch gut. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, Bad neu renoviert.

Cons:

W-LAN nicht immer zuverlässig verfügbar und man muss sich jedesmal wieder neu einloggen

Disappointing
Pros:

bed was comfortable

Cons:

The hotel is located near a major upgrading of Calgary Electrical infrastructure. As a result there was no power at the hotel on Sunday 16th from 10qm to 5pm... we should have been alerted about this prior to travelling.
THe noise level from these works was very disturbing.
The constant noise of local light rail outside our room window resulted in very broken sleep

Location was excellent with good carparking as well
Room was spacious and comfortable

Cons:

Air conditioning was VERY noisy - a real negative for the room
No desk in the room, so had to go elsewhere to do some work

Super nice hotel, but the attitude of one member of the reception staff really created a negative vibe.
Pros:

A nice hotel, nice/clean room and bathroom, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, very good location and good price

Cons:

A very unfriendly, even rude man at the reception, to the point where we didn’t even dare to ask questions. We heard the same remark from other customers. I travel a lot, both for business and privately, but this has never happened to me before.
