Exceeds expectations
Pros:

The facility was amazing! Sat around the fire pit and made new friends
Special shout out to Alijah who checked us in. He was exceptionally friendly, responsive and stayed very calm when multiple people were at the front desk. He makes a great first impression for the hotel and has a bright future in the hospitality industry.!

Perfect stay in Knoxiville!
Pros:

Breakfast was great and very tasty. The blueberry scones were life-changing! Location was great, parking was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again! Thank you so much for a great experience.
