Pros:

Breakfast was good. The noise from interstate was a little annoying but hotel is close to everything. Staff were very nice. Stayed 2 nights. I know that rooms are not cleaned during stay, but it would be nice to have trash removed from rooms. I carried trash to lobby and asked where to put it.

Pros:

Emma was amazing. My kids and I had quite a chaotic travel experience and from the second we arrived to the second we left, Emma went above and beyond for us. I was deeply grateful, as a solo parent and an overwhelmed parent at that!

Exceeds expectations
Pros:

The facility was amazing! Sat around the fire pit and made new friends
Special shout out to Alijah who checked us in. He was exceptionally friendly, responsive and stayed very calm when multiple people were at the front desk. He makes a great first impression for the hotel and has a bright future in the hospitality industry.!
