Praticidade para quem vai para os parques.
Pros:

Muito próximo da Esplanade dos Parques.

Cons:

O hotel estava em reforma, de modo que não pude desfrutar da maioria das áreas comuns. Mas a piscina é satisfatória e os quartos são bem funcionais. No geral eu gostei da estadia e ficarei novamente em minha próxima viagem. Senti falta de um microondas no quarto.

Would stay again and highly recommend if you’re going to Disneyland and downtown Disney.
Pros:

The location is very convenient to the parks & restaurants. This was excellent since our primary purpose of travel was to get to the parks.

Cons:

The night of our stay, our neighbors were noisy.

Pros:

Truly some of the friendliest front desk people I’ve met! Also the location is just stellar and our room felt so clean and relaxing after a long day in the parks. Really really recommend!

Facility was under construction. We were not aware of this when we made the reservation. The good news was that we were never there during the day.

Completely disappointed of the service!
Pros:

Close to Disney park!!!

Cons:

It tooks us 1 hour to check in
The air conditioning was extremely loud
I asked for our room to be cleaned and it didn’t happen!!! Everything was dusty because of the construction going on

Because didn’t respect what I paid for because I reserve with a third party with booking and not directly with them didn’t respect my room and end up giving me a room that wasn’t what I paid for

The worst mistake made nearly taken hy a shower door
Pros:

Nothing really except partially the view but everything else was bad

Cons:

Shower glass nearly fell on me. We never received maid services even though it written on paper and accepted. Called to asked for towels never received them. Staff gossiping too much about guests. Staff showing no care whatsoever. Bed is lopsided and the pillows had no comfort to it. Bathroom way TOO small.

I love that the hotel is a walking distance to Disney!

Cons:

There was nothing wrong with the property at all.. but I wasn’t aware that it was under construction.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It met all of our needs and more. It was perfect walking distance from disneyland and there is a Mc Donald’s right next door!

Booked a finished hotel, got a construction site, and a health code complaint.
Pros:

The location is convenient to Disneyland.

Cons:

The property was under full renovation with no disclosure on the booking page, drilling outside our room, open linen bins stacked in the parking lot and visible from our window, a spider on our bedding, and toilets that wouldn’t flush. The staff was combative when we raised concerns.
