Lekker ontbijt met variatie. Heerlijke koffie.
Prima ontvangst. alle hulp. Prima ruimte om fietsen te stallen en op te laden. kamer had mooi uitzicht op de rijn, Waar bootjes de hele dag voorbijkomen, kamer was ruim en mooi schoon, Alles is keurig nieuw, en prima airco. Ontbijt was helemaal top. En van zeer hoge kwalteit. 100 km in de omgeving gefietst naar oa het strand en Leiden.
De trap naar de bovenste verdieping was verstopt achter een deur. Lift was ook aanwezig. Voor de rest geen tegenvallers.
Chique en geweldig restaurant
De kleinschaligheid, het aardige en servicegerichte personeel, mooie kamers.
Niet is een groot woord, maar qua ontbijt zou het nog net iets meer top zijn als je je ei-product zelf kunt kiezen, dus een vers eitje of scrambled eggs of een spiegelei, dat maakt de beleving net iets specialer.
Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige plek, heerlijk ontbijt.
Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel. Wir durften schon früh morgens den Zimmerschlüssel den Empfang nehmen, damit wir in Ruhe den Tag verbringen konnten. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bad modern. Alles sehr schön.
Big room, clean bathroom

The room was comfortable and clean on arrival. The location of the hotel is lovely, quiet and with a nice view of the canal. The staff we met were friendly and helpful (but: see below). There was plenty of parking on site. The breakfast was good (but: see below).
We staid for 3 nights and there was noone at reception for the whole time (on check-out on our last morning, we had to ask one of the kitchen staff to deal with this - not good during prime breakfast time). There was noone at the hotel even on arrival although we arrived at 3p.m. well within the time span indicated by the hotel. The keys were left in a keybox but we had difficulty opening the front door with the key left for us - the key had to be exchanged the next day. We received the information that there would be noone at the hotel on arrival by text message just as we arrived - we had been driving all day. Breakfast is not available until after 8.30 - no prior warning of this on the website - which created a difficulty as we had a time ticket for that morning, for the Keukenhof. We had chosen the hotel because it offered a restaurant (so we would not need to go out again in the evening) - but on arrival we found that the restaurant is closed half the week! So - no restaurant on site for us for the whole of our stay. Finally, the room was clean on arrival but was not cleaned for three days although we had asked for it once.
