The swimming pool was great. Kids loved it. The restaurant Brewerks was good amazing food. Staff were so lovely. Monica (hopefully that’s her name) during breakfast hours was amazing and was very kind and helpful especially to our kids which we appreciate so much. Staff of the hotel were lovely too. Very helpful. House keepers were very nice too. Rooms were cleaned very nicely
Was abit complicated trying to find staff to serve at the pool side bar. Could work on putting customers at tables suitable for them and their numbers. We (family of 5) had no where to sit apart from a table of 4 where a couple and one person took tables that would have sat a group of 6. Rooms were abit dated. The level we were in had stairs so it was difficult to get back and forth in when we have to use a stroller for our toddler. Need more rooms that are interconnected. My family requested for one and wasn’t given so my husband and I had to be split into two rooms so we can atleast have an adult in each room with our kids. Halls to the rooms had a damp

Nothing at all, I just didn’t get the chance to use the swimming pool and gym because of my hectic schedule. No regrets though, as there’s always a next time, and I’m already looking forward to it.
