Over priced and over rated.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms we were allocated were terrible. We paid $500 for one night and was so disappointed. The last time I stayed was in 2012 and thought the same then the rooms were horrible. I could of stayed in a comfort Inn or holiday Inn and the rooms would be the same. We will not be staying again.

Cons:

Rooms. Over rated . parking you had to pay for. Wifi didn't work unless you were an honored guest.

I paid for lake view and was not available when We got there . So got a room in a corner with a view to building next door and a sliver of lake view. Then, without notice our room did not get serviced . No towels to shower with … it was just a mess. At the end of the stay we were given 50.00 credit for the lack of service.

Kicsit megfáradt, és már csak a nevéből él.

Nem sok minden.

Cons:

Fizettem a booking-on át upgrade-t, ami hiba volt. A booking valami 77. emelet feletti szobáról írt, de a hotelben njncs csak 25 emelet. A Hotel semmiféle upgrade-ról nem akart tudni. Nem takarítottak, otthagyták a szemetet, a fürdőszoba zuhany konstrukció rettenetes.
A reggeli a felét sem éri…..
A végén még egy csomó adót is ráraktak a számlára, amiről egy szó sem volt a booking-ban…. Csalódás

Liked location but will not stay there again because of the cost.
Pros:

Staffvery nice, location was great

Cons:

The price was very high for the average room. I paid $420 for one night so I expected a very luxurious room and it was a very plain room. Very disappointing 😞

Cons:

value was not worth the room, the hotel needs significant updates for the prices charged, room was very dated, staff was not very accommodating or warm, i did not get the room upgrade that was offered via email i did not get the late check out i asked for, nothing was above and beyond, very bare minimum on everything

Pros:

I liked having a place to sleep after the concert before I drove back home.

Cons:

The elevator situation there is awful. And you get charged for services you don’t want or use. Staff wasn’t rude but also not friendly.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

THe door lock didn't work and I had to go up and down 3 times for a new room key...security finally came and had to reprogram the lock and another room key.
I also don't like the fact that when I book thorugh a 3rd party, I don't receive any Hilton points, that needs to be reviewed.

I would recommend the Hilton Chicago when visiting Chicago. The location and staff were great.
Pros:

The staff were especially friendly and helpful. I didn't make note of everyone's names but Cody and Max at the front desk were especially helpful, and Daniel in Valet parking I think was helpful with charging my dead battery.

Cons:

Everythinbg was great!
