We were late getting to the hotel. Past our "check in" time. We were told that the room was canceled when we got there. No refund was available. After being called a racist, I'm white with an African American fiance, the manager was called and the room was given back to us. It ruined the stay and I should have called the police. Nothing will be done about this. I received a 2 dollar refund. A slap in the face. Won't be using the site or that hotel ever again.

Pros:

Price and the rooms were clean breakfast wasn’t bad nothing fancy but included:)

Cons:

Location not the best and guest are rude and loud looks like some are permanent tenants also the beds are clean but very uncomfortable for me very stiff it was the worst sleep I’ve had in a very long time

The convenience of the location.

Cons:

The first room had a weird fly problem. The doors were not even open and flies just kept appearing. I assumed they were coming up the bathroom drain. I literally killed a good 15 flies the first night. There was never enough linen clean we would have to wait in which I came to handle important business so I couldn't wait. The next room we were moved to I was told that linen would be brought up and also there was a blood smear on the light switch that would be handled. I was literally gone for hours came back no linen and blood still there.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly!

Cons:

Unfortunately the rooms had a strange smell and it did not feel like a safe environment for a group young woman traveling together. Had men starring at us that made us uncomfortable and there were cigarettes everywhere. Very unclean on the outside of the rooms.

I enjoyed the room,nice and clean,Quiet,close to everyone

Cons:

Breakfast was just Waffles and boiled egg. They had muffins and bagels. I enjoyed the yogurt and hot tea
