Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The bugs, the cigarette smell, the animal scratches in the bathroom, the cigarette burn in the sheets, the dusty lamps, the furniture was falling apart and missing drawers, the homeless doing drugs and the prostitute in the parking lot.

Cons:

The first room we were assigned already had someone in it, the second one the towel hanger had broken off the wall and the towels were all over the floor and the place smelled like smoke, and the third and final room was just better than the last one but still not good. There was garbage everywhere, the bathtub was gross and every towel I used had stains or hair on it or both. The place was absolutely disgusting and then beds were uncomfortable
