Pros:

Parnum and Beverly were very nice

Cons:

the carpet is filthy, they dont change the pillow cases or sheets. there isnt enough towels, no toilet paper and the street nosie is very load.

It was a nice getaway for the two of us. Very quiet @ night, great breakfast w/ coffee each morning

Disappointing with rude, ignorant staff

The property location was great

Cons:

The room smelled dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned. I also had requested a late check-out through their website for 1 p.m. and agreed to pay for such, but at 11 a.m., a member of staff banged at my door and asked me to check out. When I told him I requested a late checkout, he said that was “impossible at this hotel” (despite it being an added service request on the website). Unacceptable.
