The bed sheets where startched way to much. To the point the sheets felt like paper towels. The pillow are feathered so i had feathers poking me.

Clean and quiet
Pros:

The room was clean with many amenities. The beds are really comfortable. Checking in or out was a breeze. It was really quiet the whole time I was there so I had no trouble relaxing.

Dirty and very very poor service.

Was close to convention center.

Cons:

Very dirty.

While we were gone, workers only entered our room to turn off the AC and one time, take our towels and not leave us more. They claimed they were out of towels and could only give us two on the first night.

Never once cleaned our room during our four night stay. We asked for more toilet paper and never got it. Beds never cleaned. Trash never taken.

There was black mold visible in several spots throughout the hotel including our shower curtain.

An expensive pair of sunglasses went missing.

Cleaner showed up to clean the room…45 minutes before our checkout.

Again, it seems like someone did come into our room while we were gone but all they did was
1. Turn off the AC
And
2. Take our towels and not replace them (we had to use a delivery service to order our own towels for this stay)

On our last night we returned from the convention center and our keys did not work. Had to reset them at the front desk which was a pretty long walk.

The room was clean. The hotel was in good location.

Cons:

The mirror wasnt clean. It wasn't enough bath towels or faces towels. I didn't like breakfast. It was trash in the highway. I will never stay here again. It wasn't not worth the money.
