Good value, clean, comfortable
Pros:

The room and beds were comfortable and clean. There were readily available luggage racks and a good fitness center.

Cons:

The breakfast could use some savory/protein choices. It was mostly sugary cereal, yogurt, danishes, etc.

everything. the guys in parking lot drinking and hanging out with girl half their age. this place scared my wife so bad, she wouldn’t let me out of the car. i booked another hotel, through booking.com, in greenwood, indiana.

Clean, decent place to stay
Pros:

The breakfast was basically cereal, breads, pastries, coffee. It was ok. We actually went next door to the Marriott and paid for a full breakfast. The room was fine. It had definitely been redone in recent years. Beds were comfortable, Hotel its self was clearly older. It was affordable for going to the Indy race but I wouldn't choose to stay there at other times. I had read that it could be loud in the halls and I definitely see how that could have happened. Our door had light coming through around it so it wasn't "sealed off" to block noise. We could hear the door across from us opening and closing often. I think we got lucky there were not any loud groups there for the race near us.

Cons:

A few things....The hotel was older and in a "sketchy" part of the city. Even our Uber drivers questioned why we chose to stay in that area. I just didn't do enough research on that. The Marriott next door was nicer and when I checked prices for the Marriott (while sitting in the Marriott at breakfast), the rooms were cheaper! I was surprised by this. I'm sure the prices were jacked up for the race when I origianlly booked and paid for it. We Ubered everywhere so ended up spending a few hundred on that. It would have been better to rent a cheap car to get around.... especially for the Indy race as it was very difficult to get an Uber after the race. Room was clean but we did have some ants.

Nothing to write home about.
Pros:

Quiet and clean, nice staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was not worthy of the name - coffee and pastry is not breakfast. Fruit not available on first day, went elsewhere for breakfast both days. Not a good thing if breakfast is to be included in the price. Only one small bar of soap in bathroom. Water tastes terrible; water available in lobby.

Had to fill the toilet tank with ice bucket after each flush... Maintenance repaired but not well.
Pros:

Location was fine.....Variety was lacking compared to other hotels that we have stayed at
recently.

Cons:

No hot food unless you count hot cereal with lukewarm water......

I had an enjoyable stay at a pleasant and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were friendly. It wasn’t too busy during the week.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room could be quite noisy at times. I could also hear activity in the corridor during the night, and light from the hallway came through the gaps around the door.
