I’m a regular when traveling
Pros:

It’s a great value, allows my dogs and they always have room to park my truck and trailer. I always feel safe and comfortable.

Pros:

The locaction of the Inn was the highlight of the stay. Seemed to be 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Cracker Barrel across the street.is amazing.

Cons:

The rooms were "well used" to say the least. Night shades were full of spiders.

Not what I expected
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room decor was nice

Cons:

The room was just okay, it needed to be price lower for what it was. One of the beds down blanket was dirty. I have to call the front desk, my phone call was never answered, I had to go back to the front desk to request another one, bathroom shower could have been cleaned a lot better. Didn't like that there was no elevators available, I have a little issue going up the steps due to health issues, so that was an inconvenience. The hallway going towards the rooms was dark, don't know if that was park of the decor but that could be a safety hazard especially if you're traveling alone, the main door to get into the building was broken, so anyone could just go in there without a key. Breakfast was not good, the eggs look weird, I went down to have breakfast at 8:30, and they only had one sausage left, and when I asked if more could be brought out, the lady working there said that they were all out, what a joke, that they don't make sure to have enough food to accommodate everyone. They barely had any food left, even the waffle mix was almost gone. Needless to say that I don't recommend this hotel. The price for these rooms need to be lower or around $100. The building could use some exterior updates. The front desk staff could have been more friendly, especially checking out. I will do a better research on the hotel reviews before booking next time. Once you're used to better standards in a hotel, it is hard to settle for less.

Exterior build door was broken so anyone could walk in. Floor in the room was filthy, clearly hadn't been mopped in a long time. Bed frames squeaked with the slightly movement. Curtains were dirty

Cons:

First room assigned had a very strong odor. Next room an odor but not as strong. Not the usual quality I expected being a LaQuinta. Pricey for the level of this accommodation.

Not recommended for a nice stay.
Pros:

There was no elevator to get our suitcases up the stairs with ease. The outside of the hotel was deteriorated. The breakfast provided in the morning was not replenished as needed. Basically clean because it had recently been remodeled but not in great shape.
