The convenience of the location to downtown.

Cons:

Only minor thing was during the visit couldn't watch our stream stick cause there wasn't no where to plug in at. Other than that the room was great.

Location was perfect. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was nourishing and quite good.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Access to food was great!

Cons:

Elevator would have been helpful and saved us an additional stair trip.

Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

We were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. I tried to get a soda and charge it to the room and the staff on duty at the time didn't know how to do that. The room had cracked flooring, and a qtip on the floor from the previous quest.
