The location is good. It is walking distance to la Cinta beach. Air conditioner in every room. Nice garden

Cons:

The furniture (sofa, beds) and kitchen appliances like pans are in very bad condition. The kitchen and bathroom seriously need renovation. Garbage rules are too complex

Schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage für Strandurlaub
Pros:

Schöne Ferienwohnungen mit Terrasse und kleinem Gartenstück in familiärer Anlage. Es gibt einen gemeinschaftlichen Grillplatz, den man nutzen kann. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben gleich Tipps/Infos über die Umgebung erhalten. Die Lage ist perfekt um zu Fuß ca. 7-10 Minuten an den wunderschönen langen Sandstrand La Cinta zu laufen oder die vielen weiteren Strände wie Puntaldia, Lu Impustu, Cala Brandinchi, Porto Taverna zu erkunden. Alle sind maximal 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Im Zentrum von San Teodoro kann man abends schön Essen gehen oder Souvenirs kaufen. Dort war Ende Mai/Anfang Juni auch einiges los und immer etwas geboten wie z.B. Live Musik, traditionelle Vorführungen. In direkter Nähe des Appartements gibt es einen kleinen Minimarkt, falls man beim Einkaufen doch mal etwas vergessen hat oder einfach ein Eis am Stiel oder Obst holen möchte. Alles ins allem ein sehr gelungener toller Urlaub.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. ein Holzbrett zum Schneiden und eine Kaffeemaschine haben uns gefehlt. Es gab dafür einen Espressokocher und Wasserkocher. Also alles halb so wild.

Pros:

Fijn appartement en met ca. 10 minuten lopen kom je op een mooi strand. En ook het centrum is op loopafstand. Het appartement is netjes en ook een setje met schoonmaakbenodigdheden voor de keuken zijn aanwezig. Bij aankomst kregen de kinderen ook een leuk speelpakketje.

Smestaj je na 5,6 minuta hoda od plaže La Cinta a 17 od centra
San Teodoro je jako sladak i miran, čist primorski gradić sa elegantnim kućama i pun zelenila
Domaćini su susretljivi za svako moje pitanje, nedoumicu, da pomognu oko prevoza..
Apartman 21 gde smo bile smeštene nas 4 je odličan! 2 spavaće sobe, kuhinja i trpezarija, terasa sa drugim stolom i stolicama. Pegla, fen, posudje, mikrotalasna, veš mašina ..sve! Visoki plafoni i odlična gradnja nam omogućili da bude prijatno na vrućinama

Everything was good

Everything nearby, beach, shop. 15 minute walk to the city center, but in return, quiet area and always have free parking space. Trash management was really easy.

The location i very close to the Beach and a store. It is safe, child and family friendly and the staff is very helpfull and friendly. We spent an amazing family vacation. Very good apartment for longer holidays.

Pros:

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket conveniently nearby. There is plenty of parking available directly in front of the apartment. La Cinta Beach is approximately a 7-minute walk away, while the city center can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. Overall, everything is within easy walking distance.
The apartment also included useful beach equipment, such as bamboo beach mats and a sun umbrella, which we greatly appreciated.

Cons:

During our stay, the water temperature in the shower frequently changed from warm to cold without warning. While this was already uncomfortable for adults, it was especially problematic because we were traveling with a baby.
Additionally, the water pump was very loud during the night. Since the apartment is part of a larger apartment building, windy nights were also extremely noisy because the shutters in several unoccupied apartments were not secured properly and kept banging loudly.As there are strict garbage recycling policies in Sardinia, we would have appreciated having more trash bags available in the apartment, especially since waste disposal must follow specific local requirements.

Pros:

stravili sme v ubytovani 5 dni. Ubytovanie ma super polohu, pesi k nadhernej plazi. Tiez svoju terasu a ubytovanie je plne vybavene, vratene pracky. Odporucam a rada sa sem vratim. Dostali sme sa skvele odporucania co v okoli.
