room was clean
No person @ the front desk and being checked in by a virtual agent. The ceiling falling down in the bathroom. Listed as having a pool and no pool was available.
Took too long to check in when I checked in I took forever then when I did go to my room the room was dirty still the bed was somebody slept in they didn't replace the sheets floors towels on the floor trash on the counters it was just a mess
Slept well. Comfortable
GPS missed location. But I saw the sign
Honestly the only reason we were here was a last resort and they took pets
We had to evacuate due to the fire it was the only tub t available l. The sink wouldn’t drain the room didn’t have a security lock and we didn’t get extra towels came to check in at 3. The rooms were still not ready at 6. We had to request new rooms. We finally got two rooms and they have us a smoking room for a baby. Overall not a great experience but they took pets. The only positive thing.
Room was clean and AC running when I arrived.
No staff on site. No breakfast or airport shuttle. Outside appearance and lobby could be improved.
Nothing.
Loud traffic, thin walls, lights didn’t work in our room, didn’t like the virtual check in to India instead an American at the desk, hotel literally falling apart, people living here and outside their rooms till late playing loud TV, sketchy people
Here. DONT COME HERE. Way overpriced for what it is!!!
Nothing they put me in a room next to some couple who where smoking drugs and kept standing by the door it was creepy
The staff wouldn't let me check using a official document and I had to wait till somebody came to the lobby to sort it out and got charged extra 75 bucks for trying to cancel
As soon as we arrived there was what appeared to be urine in our bathtub. Moldy shower curtain. The shower head sprayed outside of the tub and the tub drain was also clogged. The door locks were all broken so extremely dangerous for a toddler who can now open doors with handle doorknobs on them. Staff refused to accommodate in any way. Did not offer a new room and no one ever came to clean our room.
There was no person behind the front desk, just a screen with a guy in Wisconsin. (Creepy!!) The room had no toilet paper and when I went to the front desk I was directed to "self serve".The room was good for dogs but the grounds ' lawns had not been mowed so the grass was mid calf high. This made picking up after dogs difficult. The guests were questionable, smoking stinky pot (skunk) and hanging out outside the rooms. I felt safe because I had dogs with me. The bath tub/shower had an old fiberglass bottom that was unstable and could lead to a fall..

The beds were fine and the towels were new.
There was a group of men hanging out outside by my door talking loudly and smoking. The door ton the room was missing the weatherstripping so their smoke easily got in to room. It was not clean the backs of the doors and walls were dirty. Many broken things. It didn’t feel safe because there was no front desk staff when I checked in. And the worst was the fact that the lights went out every morning when I wanted to shower, so I had to use the light of my phone. Then, I had to take the long walk to the office to find someone to get the lights back on. I guess I thought more of Wyndam. I will think twice next time.
very bad experience here. I had roaches in my room, I paid for 2 queen size beds & it seemed like they had 2 full size mattresses on top of queen sized bed frames. The water in the shower was NOT hot whatsoever. The shower looked so gross I couldn’t even step in it. I was charged twice for this room & was not going to get my refund unless I spoke to the desk staff about it, (I did eventually get the refund for second charge). will not stay here again.
roaches in room, paid for 2 queen beds & they had 2 full size mattresses on queen bed frames, shower water would not get hot, charged me for my room twice, 1 full size towel provided.
There was no breakfast
I was there for 6 days I did not get any fresh linen trash was not emptied bathroom electrical kept tripping and I had to take a shower in the dark. There was no front desk staff they used a virtual customer service rep
