Bbq fest weekend
Pros:

The issues began before I even arrived. When I called ahead with questions, a staff member was extremely short with me, refused to answer my questions, and just said, 'Come in and we’ll handle it.' When I explained that I was driving two hours away and couldn't risk getting stuck without answers, she hung up on me.
​Once at the hotel, the service was no better. I witnessed the same staff member arguing in the lobby with a guest over a valid concern. When the guest proved the hotel was in the wrong, the employee tried to ban them. Staff even lied about what was said until the guest played a recording of the conversation. Management did nothing to fix the situation. Unprofessional and completely unacceptable

Stay Away!!!
Pros:

Although the property and staff are very nice, the location has very little to be desired. My first night here my truck was a victim of a hit and run to the front bumper- my second night was even more traumatic- my window was smashed in and personal property was stolen. In speaking with the local police this is commonplace in the area and at this property, although the property says otherwise. Security is non existent, cameras are few and the staff just seem like this is more of an imposition rather than show any caring or sympathy. There is two vacant restaurants in the adjoining parking lots normally occupied by drug addicts, prostitutes and homeless, the Red Roof and Quality inn flank each side and let’s just say that their guests are less than upstanding. And although the property has been updated and very clean, until the security issues are remedied I would recommend you stay away from this hotel. I would also like to add that there was a total of 5 cars broken into and they were all (except one) right outside of the entrance

Good value for the price and only 15 min from downtown Columbus so perfect location for much less cost.
Pros:

Staff was nice. There are multiple exits around the property so you can exit close to your room and park closer instead of going through the front desk each time and walking all the way through to your room. The shower in my room looked updated which I liked.

Cons:

Some things need updating or replaced. AC was set to about 63 the whole time and still wouldn’t cool the room enough for me. I typically keep AC at home at 69-70 and is great so I’m sure it was just the unit not running efficiently. The mattress you could tell was older and worn out but I was only there for 3 nights for work so it was fine.

Quick check in, close to work.
Pros:

Close to work and near the highway. I did not notice any traffic noise as I was sleeping. Comfy bed and pillows. Good water pressure in the shower.

2447 Brice Rd, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 Is SUPERB!!!!!!!!! I love it, If I’m in town I’ll DEFINITELY stay there again !!!

Almost got enough sleep
Pros:

All the outside doors need an overhaul. Shouldn’t take long. The key cards as well. Thin doors on the rooms, but doubt if they’ll be addressed. Staff was tremendous. They are very lucky to have them.

部屋はまぁまぁ良かった。フロントの対応も良かった。

Cons:

トイレとシャワーが狭かった。シンクも外でせまかった。
朝食はあんまり…ワッフルの生地がゆるすぎ。夜は外の駐車場での話し声や向かいの部屋の人が廊下を歩く時に大きな声で電話してるのがうるさかったり。ロールカーテンが外の光を完全にシャットできず、部屋が暗くならない。
