Horrifying horrible.
Pros:

It was cheap but even then I say it wasn't cheap enough. Good water pressure though in the shower. Though the shower itself was disgusting.

Cons:

Bugs everywhere holes in the wall, like and inch gap under a broken door.
The bathroom looked like a public bathroom that hadn't been cleaned in two months.
The bedsheets where stain and dirty.
Several lamps where broken. The tv didn't work.

Very dirty, found women’s sunglasses on lamp by bed, a toothbrush by my the bathroom mirror, long strands of hair, tv wasn’t plugged in, missing covers to lights, missing bulbs, the one out of two bulbs that was in the bathroom wasn’t covered and had to screw the light bulb in for light in the bathroom
