Room was cool, clean and comfortable on arrival. TV selections very good. Beds were clean comfortable.
The window had a two shades system. The window shade was great at blocking outside light and view but only came 3/4 way down... might be by design. The block out screen above the window pulled completely down, but was designed to block view from outside while allowing person on the inside to view outside. A nice feature but since the shade didn't pull completely down, the result was about a foot where we could not completely block the outside light or viewing from our inside room. Shower was crowded with poor design choice of direction to close sliding door. It would be nice to turn on water and set temperature from the front before entering and avoid a cold first blast. Shower lighting very dim. A grab bar to prevent falls in the shower area would be great.
Hôtel bien placer. Personnel sympa. Bon petit déjeuner mais basic
Pas très propre. Les lits était propre mais les sols étaient vraiment dégoûtant. Piscine pas très propre non plus. Peu mieux faire.
Reasonably priced property for 1 night stay in Amarillo. On the main highway but restaurants etc next door.
Nothing, suited my needs for a 1 night stay.
Breakfast was pathetic. Staff was very friendly, but we did not like the breakfast.B
Breakfast
Everything else
They accepted our Pets with no issues and placed two rooms next to each other without issues
The cleanliness of the room was poor, the floor still had dirt on the floor.
Nothing
Worst stay ever. Dirty and sticky floors, disgusting smell, dirty coffee machine and microwave, dirty walls and doors. They changed us as a good hotel and provided worst service ever.
Great
Great
The night staff was as frustrated as I was but they did their best to help. My favorite person is Ms. Gloria. Hands down the kindest person at that location.
I paid for the 1st floor disability room and was put in a 2nd floor room because they had someone in mine. I was on the roster for that room. My knees are still swollen and in pain. This was the worst experience I have had since the change in management. It took us about an hour for them to figure out what to do.
The room was nice clean and cool. It was modern with a smart TV which was nice.
We reserved a king suite which they only have on the second floor but this facility does not have an elevator and no where does it say that so we ended up down grading to a double queen room which we could get a wheelchair to but they did not give us any mo ey back we still paid the full king suite price for the small room.
We liked the location right off the highway and lots to eat nearby
The rooms were kind of dirty. When we got our room the smoke detector was off the wall sitting on the bedside table, the floors were kind like slimy and sticky just felt kind of dirty.
There was clear evidence of water damage in the bathroom. As well as the towel rack being damaged.
Surfaces were covered in dust. Floors felt slimy or greasy
Nothing.
Everything.
Staff nice.
Old and run down. Lots of patches on wall and bathroom smelled like cat pee. Location of hotel not in a good area of town.
Easy access from highway
Property needs an update. Lobby was a little shabby.
