Très bien placé avec super vue sur les pyramides, resto bien, chambre spacieuse

Un hôtel super avec vue sur les pyramides depuis le bain balnéo de la chambre et le restaurant/bar sur le rooftop.
Personnel très sympathique aux petits soins pouvant répondre à toutes les demandes.

The Nefri has numerous faults but it is a very welcoming family run hotel with the best view of the pyramids including all the light shows - different every night.

Exhalent location with views of pyramids. Very friendly staff who could not do enough for you.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter le site de Gize, l’entrée se trouvant à 5 minutes a pied. Le gérant Mahmoud est riche en conseils et propose d’organiser des excursions à de très bon prix. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas compris dans le prix de la chambre cependant il nous a été offert. Le rooftop où il y a le restaurant de l’hôtel offre une magnifique vue sur les pyramides. Les plats servis sont bons à un prix très abordable. (Merci Nour pour le service).
Mahmoud nous a rendu un grand service, nous ne trouvions pas de taxi, il nous a alors déposé à la gare routière à la dernière minute, alors que ce n’était pas prévu.

La struttura è stata perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista e la sua posizione era semplicemente eccezionale, persino migliore di quanto ci aspettassimo. Ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciale il nostro soggiorno è stato soprattutto il personale dell’hotel.

Abbiamo trovato persone estremamente accoglienti, disponibili, professionali e attente a ogni nostra esigenza. Fin dal primo momento, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio, venendoci incontro in ogni modo possibile e facilitando ogni nostra richiesta con gentilezza, organizzazione e grande disponibilità.

Durante i nostri quattro giorni di permanenza, ci hanno aiutato a organizzare escursioni meravigliose, curate nei minimi dettagli e gestite con grande professionalità. Ogni esperienza è stata piacevole, divertente e allo stesso tempo istruttiva: abbiamo avuto l’opportunità non solo di divertirci, ma anche di imparare moltissimo e di portare a casa ricordi indimenticabili.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, che ha fatto davvero di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno semplice, piacevole e senza complicazioni. Ci hanno aiutato a organizzare le escursioni, a trovare le soluzioni più adatte alle nostre esigenze e a gestire i prezzi in modo da venirci incontro il più possibile. Ogni volta che avevamo una richiesta, cercavano sempre una soluzione, dimostrando una disponibilità e un’attenzione verso gli ospiti davvero rare.

Amazing hotel, the staff was helpful, the view is unique! The pool is cool and clean!

Staying at Nefri Pyramids Hotel was the best decision of the holiday! Ended up extending our stay as we were so blown away. The staff are absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful - you will feel more like family than a guest. Rooms spacious and clean, extremely comfortable beds and great bathrooms.

Also the view from the rooftop has to be one of the best in Giza! We ended up staying in most nights at the hotel as it was so amazing. Make sure you watch the sunset from the rooftop and be taken care of by the most welcoming staff.

We booked tours through the hotel also which was very helpful and top quality.

Will definitely be back in the future! Cannot thank everyone here enough ❤️

I really loved the staff, very helpful, very friendly especially the receptionist Noura..

Toute l’équipe de l’hôtel était au petit soin pour moi , Nada m’a concocté des activités avec guide parlant français et chauffeur, nous sommes même allées toutes les deux au souk, j’ai adoré mon séjour grâce à Nada et son équipe je n’ai eu aucun souci à me faire, juste profiter du caire.

بصراحة، الفندق فاق توقعاتي بشكل كبير، والقيمة مقابل المال أكثر من رائعة. استمتعت أنا وأولادي بالإقامة جدًا، وكانت من أجمل التجارب التي عشناها. من أول لحظة تشعر بالاهتمام والاحترام من جميع العاملين؛ ناس محترمة جدًا، بشوشين ومتعاونين ويحرصون على راحتك بكل التفاصيل.
«موقع الفندق استثنائي، فهو يقع في قلب المنطقة الأثرية أمام أهرامات الجيزة مباشرة، وتعيش أجواء الأهرامات والتاريخ وأنت في مكان إقامتك.»
«والمميز أكثر أن المنطقة حول الفندق مليئة بالأجواء المصرية الأصيلة؛ الخيول والجمال في كل شارع، وتشعر فعلًا أنك وسط قلب المنطقة الأثرية وأجواء الأهرامات.»
أما النظافة فكانت خيالية! كل شيء نظيف ومرتب بعناية ودقة، وهذا أكثر شيء أسعدني لأنني أهتم جدًا بالنظافة، خصوصًا وأنا مسافر مع أطفالي. والسرير كان مريحًا جدًا ونمت براحة حقيقية.
وأهم نصيحة عندي: إذا كانت ميزانيتك تسمح، احجز الغرفة التي تحتوي على الجاكوزي 😍🔥
التجربة فيها مختلفة تمامًا، والخصوصية والراحة والمنظر يجعلون الإقامة مميزة جدًا.
كذلك موقع الفندق ممتاز، الخدمات والمطاعم وكل ما تحتاجه قريب منك، فلا تحتاج إلى عناء أو مشاوير طويلة.
بكل صراحة، هذا من الفنادق التي تخرج منها وأنت تقول: دفعت مقابل شيء يستحق فعلًا.
استمتعت جدًا، وأطفالي انبسطوا، والخدمة والنظافة والراحة كلها كانت على مستوى ممتاز.
أنصح بالفندق وبشدة، ومن غير تردد سأكرر الإقامة فيه مرة أخرى.

Honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations by far, and the value for money is absolutely outstanding. My children and I truly enjoyed our stay, and it was one of the most wonderful experiences we have had.
From the very first moment, you feel the genuine care and respect from all the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive, always making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The location is exceptional.
