Gute Wahl wenn Sie Bonn besuchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war besonders gut…sehr viel Auswahl und alles lecker. Der Pool war auch schön und alles super sauber.

Nice notes ruined by the way it's run ! (read our review)
Pros:

Nice hotel in good location flawed by the way its run and by the arrogance of the staff

Cons:

The bar in the main reception area is fully stocked but only open when the lower level bar outside is closed and visa versa , however the lower bar is outside and has a selection of about 8 drinks only? You have to literally walk down a floor and outside to get a drink from the limited menu of drinks then walk back up to sit in the air conditioned bar area which is madness, and despite having drinks in the upper bar you can't actually buy them! Except - the staff seemed to know a few guests and gave them drinks from the upper bar without a problem ? ( pictures of lower bar and upper bar when the 'friendly' guest was being served but the bar staff would not serve us despite us sitting right in front of the bar)
Reception staff and bar staff rude. There is no waiter bar service at all.
Car park gate broken and car parking expensive
Cost of breakfast is 27 euros ?????????????
There seems to be a lack of staff and its all a bit hap-hazard.

When we complained the staff just dismissed us.

All staff were great. They were always friendly and helpful.

Lage direkt am Rhein, Frühstück umfangreich und lecker, Klimaanlage bei dem heißen Wetter top. Betten sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
