Pros:

Kindness at first then the second front desk girl thought I was homeless

Cons:

Awful customer service 2nd front desk girl stated I couldn't even buy a bottle of water. Awful disgusting people in such a beautiful sacred ground.

The staff

Cons:

My first room hand multiple trails of ants on the walls. And I did not bring food in the hotel. The staff quickly changed my room but the entire hotel was bug infested. In my new room, bugs came out of the sink drain. I saw roaches in the hallway I did not feel comfortable there.

I had a wonderful time!
Pros:

Fantastic location. Everything you need is close by and you don’t have to go very far at all to find something to do! Beds were very comfortable

Cons:

No working ice machine that i could find that wasn’t in the lobby and the outside connecting doors slam really loud

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was top notch. The staff was great.

Cons:

My room was not clean. The bathroom had hair in it. The floors were not clean, especially the carpet. Black foot prints were left in the shower from me walking across the carpet. The smoke detector was hanging.

Would never go back
Pros:

Bed comfortable. Room clean as it could be as it was in bad condition. Reviews and high ratings were deceiving. Check in easy and clerk was friendly.

Cons:

Everything is old and in bad shape. People walking around drinking hanging out and arguing. Did not feel safe. Carpet in room filthy. Not the best clientele.
