Good location, great value for the price.

The front staff was very helpful, but the room was a horrifying mess. It smelled like mildew, and someone had pulled up the fiberglass out of the tub mold everywhere. Within the bathroom soap scum on the walls, water stains on the fixtures in the bathroom carpet. Look like it hadn't been cleaned in years. And I left and did not want to stay got my money back. But now I have a sinus infection from being in that room, just for the little bit that I was there after answering the phone from the front staff, making sure we found our room.
The surrounding areas looked very sketchy, and it appeared that there were people that were staying there, long-term.\nThe room was disgusting and we didn't want to stay.I was afraid of touching anything in that room

People were smoking too close to the guest rooms. Did not feel safe when outdoors. Price was of good value but would not stay there again.

The carpet was filthy and the room had a horrible odor. We had to go out and purchase room deodorizers to make it tolerable.
Convenient location close to restaurants & shopping. The staff were phenomenal! Valerie was especially friendly, gave great recommendations for food and we simply adored her!
Breakfast was fantastic & the lobby was beautiful and well taken care of, and our room was clean and well kept.
One of the very best hotel experiences I’ve had.
