OK for very short stay.
Pros:

Staff were pleasant & helpful. Continental breakfast was simple but appreciated & set us up for the day.

Cons:

Dated decor very noisy ( aware in city) no sound proofing. Shower pressure not great.

Cons:

Very dated I was in Dunedin for a nurology appointment at the hospital I wanted a one stop hotel that had a bar restaurant so with limited mobility I didn’t have to go anywhere, no where on your website or booking.com does it say restaurant and bar closed,
Can’t blame you but I was also led to believe that (Ai) hotel was a flat 600 metre walk to Dunedin Hospital mmmm…. No so in summary over priced hotel limited ammenities location poor.
If your mobility is compromised this is not the hotel for you not sure if a wheelchair would fit in lift single lift.

Disappointed with hotel. Breakfast was misleading and disappointing. Staff were helpful though

The rooms were dated , the breakfast was basic and not what was advertised when we booked. We were turned away from breakfast due to no tables free. The blind in our room did not block out all the street light .
