The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the location was great and there was plenty of paid parking at the hotel and around it. The room and beds were comfy and felt clean. the balcony was great too.

Cons:

The shower in Room 104 was terrible but everything else was fine :)

Pros:

Great location, right in the heart of the city, good views, quite comfy, bit snug with 3 people, nice and warm.

Cons:

Gets very stuffy, be unpleasant in summer, took ages for housekeeping to get us a 3rd towel, hotel was only half full but still had to pay for parking, use to be an option.
