The last minute trip to Palmerston North was difficult to book a place to stay because we were arriving late. The 24 hour reception at Copthorne Hotel was perfect! Our room was great, clean and met all our needs.

Super comfy feeds great for value also has amazing breakfast buffet

Cons:

Would be nice in the future if one there was like bottled water for the jug so you dont have to use the sink in bathroom and if it had a microwave so its easier to have hot food then go out everytime and cant bring leftovers unless you want it cold

What we liked:
A reliable and comfortable place to stay in central Palmerston North. The hotel accommodated our very late booking for two rooms and was able to place them next to each other, which we appreciated.

The rooms were generous in size, warm, welcoming and well presented. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward, and we had a quiet, comfortable night before continuing our journey the following morning.

The price was fair for the accommodation provided, and the overall experience met our expectations. We would happily stay here again.
