Pros:

Staff, cleanliness room service and dinner meal was delicious plus dessert. Close to plaza.

Cons:

I read a review huge brekkie buffet variety and unfortunately there was no grilled tomatoes, mushroom or even brekkie sausages and I booked for the brekkie.

Pros:

A good size suite and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Managers behavior was passive aggressive, defensive and abusive when given polite constructive feedback. Breakfast was disgusting and looked like it was all poured out of cans. Nothing fresh. Not a good variety. Dated furniture. Dead looking pot plant at entrance. Room wasn't made up until day three! Had to ask for towels and were given unfolded and damp 'clean' towels. Hairdryer missing end piece.

Great hotel. Definitely a great accommodation option.
Pros:

Excellent accommodation and a great breakfast. Good customer service.

Cons:

Due to a busy morning some of the custom order breakfast options were not available on one particular day. Apparently the kitchen was too busy.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size and a perfect temperature. It was quiet, so we had a great sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
