This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have experienced. During my stay, I received numerous bites that were subsequently confirmed by a doctor to be bed bug bites. The incident caused significant discomfort, medical concerns. Equally troubling was the hotel's complete lack of response after the issue was formally reported. A hotel operating under a major brand should maintain basic standards of cleanliness, guest safety, and customer care. Based on my experience, the property failed in all three areas, and I cannot recommend staying here.
Breakfast was generous and well maintained. beds were comfortable but a little to close to the ground. Close to UCI-Irvine for my appointments.
Would be nice to have more restaurants within walking distance. The "Spoons" restaurant nearby was just okay.
The breakfast was good except I eally didn't want to eat anything because finding a huge cockroach in my room was there cockroaches in the kitchen???
When I woke up in the early morning and used the bathroom, there was a huge COCKROACH in the bathroom. I informed staff, the lady apologized. I then said I took a picture a photo do you want to see it? She responded by saying,"No, I believe it". Nothing else was said and she didn't seem like she hasn't heard it before so that really put me off. It was no big deal to her. The staff obviously heard of that complaint before but seems like management doesn't care because if they did she would've acted like she could've done something. Her second sense hence of "I believe you no I don't wanna see a picture of the cockroach" shows that they're not dealing with the issue as well as they should.

Friendly Front Desk. Had Choice Of Which Floor For Room Location. Easy Check In/Out. Complimentary Coffee & Lemon Infused Water In Lobby. Comfy Beds. Movie Channels HBO & Showtime. Cable & Local Channels. Many Free Parking Spaces.
Strong Shower. Hot Breakfast-Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties, Bacon. Muffins & Bread.
No Fruits For Breakfast. Only One Waffle Station. Walk-Ways Being Washed With Water Hose During Breakfast Time.

The TV was not getting the cable signal. There were only 3 channels. The girl at the front desk said maintenance was already gone, right after checking in (3:10 pm) and there were no other rooms available.

Shower curtain smelled bad upon arrival and room was not the cleanest. A staff member was dismissive when informing us they had no available plastic utensils for us to use at the front desk.
The pictures definitely show a better side of the hotel. The location decent
The main problem is we had ants in our room, and after they promised to have it checked and sprayed while we were out that day, when we got back it was even worst. When we asked for another room they declined and we had search for another hotel at 10pm at night. The area is sketchy, there is a gap under the hotel door, the staff’s communication was short.
