Surprisingly quiet! Wonderful size room / great location

The breakfast was hot and a lot of choices. The shower was hot and towels was clean and white. The bed was comfortable
I had to leave the next day to go back home.

Shower curtain smelled bad upon arrival and room was not the cleanest. A staff member was dismissive when informing us they had no available plastic utensils for us to use at the front desk.
Its an older building but is kept clean and well maintained

The main problem is we had ants in our room, and after they promised to have it checked and sprayed while we were out that day, when we got back it was even worst. When we asked for another room they declined and we had search for another hotel at 10pm at night. The area is sketchy, there is a gap under the hotel door, the staff’s communication was short.

Room had a smell and the furniture was torn
The guest were playing loud music at 2am. I had to make several calls to the front desk who either didn’t answer or put me on hold. After 8 calls they questioned me as to why I was calling. They sent security twice and the people laughed at them. The loud music and taking didn’t stop until 4am
La verdad la señorita Elie fue muy amable con nosotros pero 2 de las demás recepcionistas fueron muy groseras y no les importaba el trato amable con nosotros incluso una de ellas me apunto con su dedo ahí hace falta personal como la señorita ellie y la señorita que me atendió cuando hice mi check out alas demás no les importa como una de ellas me lo dijo de ahí en mas las señoras de limpieza y del desayuno muy amables y atentas solo por ellas nos seguimos quedando en el hotel muchas gracias 😘

Breakfast was good, liked the waffles and free parking was a big plus. Comfortable bed.
Pillows were too hard, thin walls so we could hear people talking a lot in next room. Shower water pressure was low. Room numbering was confusing. A map layout and better signage would have helped.

The staff were friendly and helpful; my room was clean and sanitary; I had a great shower with hot water (not always a given!). The A/C unit worked well and wasn't too loud. I didn't use the pool but I was very grateful for the breakfast room. This was a good experience for an overnight business trip. Thank you!
This is not the hotel's fault, but I checked in late and by the time I got settled in it was too late for DoorDash, and the closest restaurant/bar down the street has a high-priced menu.
The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The mini store was kept stocked.
