Train staff to acts as a representative of Hilton. During breakfast the waiters are rude when placing orders from the menu.

My first room didn’t have a working AC. They couldn’t move me that night but did provide a box fan. The second room the shower cut in and off on the first day. I was initially charged both through booking and on my credit card. That additional charge was removed after a several requests.

Charged me for two waters even tho I’m a rewards member

The room was very hot, the air wouldn’t go lower than 68.

Upon arrival which was 10pm we received a dirty room that was not touched by house keeping. They didn't even apologize for that just said oh and that this one should be better! They do not offer a discounted breakfast for guests at all with there restaurant or discounted drink at bar nothing. All halls had strange smell and so did our room.i had to go to most floors because very few had working ice machines. Called front desk at one point to ask a question about door dash delivery. Was put on hold and nobody ever came back. When i went down stairs front desk was there doing nothing. So I just waited in lobby for order instead of even trying to deal with the front desk. This is just hours into our stay..There was always something in the elevators on the floor. Very few channel options on tv.Windows all dirty with finger prints all walls with stains. Smallest door way and bathroom I've ever seen.elevators were very shaky. Pool was so dirty that we didn't even get in and hot tub was out of order. Being a hilton just expected more out of it. Very disappointed in this place worst stay I've had at a place to date

The location was awful, drug addicts and homeless all laid out by the parking lot.. was told to park there in front because it’s the only lite area and that the hotel isn’t responsible for broken into cars. Cafe staff was rude

TV remote and wi-fi didn’t work upon arrival. There was a fire alarm within an hour of showing up. When I tried to call the front desk to ask about a new remote, I was put on a long hold and ended up going downstairs and standing in line with all the people checking in to resolve my issue. Also the top of the toilet tank had a chip missing out of it. I’m traveling with my 2 year old so I had to keep aware of him staying away from that.

The hotel had the water shut off for over 3 hours. We had left and gone to dinner and when we came back our room smelled horribly of marijuana.

Booking.com indicated I was getting a free room upgrade to a Deluxe King with a Garden View. If this was the upgrade, I'd hate to see the standard. The check-in staff were less than friendly. They gave me a room with an interior view facing a wall. That didn't matter, though, as the shade covering the window was broken and would not go up. It was like staying in a box. Plus, multiple times during the night - midnight, 3 AM, 4 AM - there were loud male voices in the hallway that woke me up. And I had really been looking forward to a good night's sleep. Very disappointing.
