Very upscale hotel with a very friendly and attentive staff. Room had an awesome view. Will stay here if we return to Chicago.

This is a fabulous property with a deeply experienced and fully engaged staff. Every detail was attended to, every interaction was caring and professional, and the overall experience was flawless.

This was my first visit to the Four Seasons Chicago, and I was very impressed with the level of service I received from everyone I encountered. While I've come to expect great service from the customer facing staff, it was the thoughtful attention to detail of the housekeeping staff that set this experience apart from any other hotel I have visited. Well done!

The hotel is very beautiful, it is also immaculately maintained and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, My room was beuatiful and had stunning views. The staff anticipated every need. We had an amazing weekend. Our bartenders and wait staff took excellent care of us. They brought us wake me up shots, playing cards and great advice for exploring Chicago. We love coming here and will continue to come here several times a year for our staycations.

The staff consistently personalizes our experience by recalling our preferences from previous visits, making each return feel like a genuine homecoming rather than just another hotel reservation. Four Seasons Chicago is incredibly great! You can be out and about in Chi Town and then .. YES! arrive at FS Chicago. You get to escape to the Delaware entrance and take the beautiful eleavtors to the lobby level. When you walk out of the elevator,,,, "WAIT what. am I paradise?" LOL. The ambience is instantly relaxing and welcoming including the entire staff. And Flawless, Stunning lobby floor.
WALK OUT to 900 North from the beautiful FS elevators and into the 6th floor of 900 North. Check it out. Do it.
The rooms are great!. Attention to Detail is the mission. We have approx 25 nights at FS in the past 3-4 years. We live in Naperville. My wife and me make this our Chicago Place!
We stay, we bring our granddaughters. We get an awesome reasonable priced suite. 2 full baths, huge living room spacious accommodations.
We have also had adjoining rooms with family.
Swimming Pool. THE best. Huge. Spotless. High end locker rooms.
Fitness Center., yes.....it is also great and spotless.
Instead of buying a PLACE in Chicago and paying HOA and outrageous taxes. we found the FS Chicago is the way to do it.

Angel Hernandez and his team went above and beyond to make our staycation for our son’s birthday truly special. We have tried many of the top hotels in Chicago but none of them compare to the level of service we received at Four Seasons from Angel Hernandez and his team. We also really loved the indoor pool. We had such a great stay in October that we are returning again this weekend.

Outstanding service and staff, stunning views and a very nice upgraded room with generous space made staying at this Four Seasons for a week in April with my youngest daughter one of the nicest experiences. In particular the Chicago entity has a certain charm due to the spectacular views, the great location and a truly helpful, professional team. The renovated spa is very pretty.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Chicago in early July was superb. From the check in to room service and housekeeping, everything was handled with courtesy , speed, and efficiency. The staff exudes confidence in their communication, a sign of a hotel that runs runs like a fine Swiss watch.

This property is first class with an amazing staff. Rooms, spa and food and beverage are all one can expect and more. Additionally kid friendly with a really nice pool and ice cream cart. My go to...

Just wrapped up a stay at the Four Seasons Chicago and had a really good experience overall.

The lake views were the highlight for me. Waking up to Lake Michigan out the window every morning was great, and the room looked out over the water beautifully.

Location is hard to beat. You're right by the Magnificent Mile, so shopping, restaurants, and the lakefront are all an easy walk away. Made getting around the city simple.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. They were attentive without hovering, and happy to help whenever we needed something.

Rooms were comfortable and well kept — spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a nice touch.

If you're looking for a solid, well-located hotel in Chicago, this one's worth considering. Would stay here again.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago is a beautiful place to celebrate one’s engagement. The staff is second to none. They surprised us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries which added to our festivities. Thank you for making our stay so special !

From early check in through check out, my family was impressed with the service. We happened to travel during very hot days (98 degree over) so we stayed within the property good amount of time and tried several amenities. Every staff we met were so great and truly impressed with them. Also, main reason I chose this property was the indoor swimming pool based on others review, and it truly did meet the expectation (my daughter is totally sold on this property just for this!). Hope the team keep up the good work till we visit again!

Nice hotel for the right price. Rooms can be small and some have different bathrooms.

Rooms can look a bit dated. Service was good but nothing outstanding. Connection to mall is very convenient especially for food court.

What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the people. Stacy in dining and Vincente at the front desk were exceptional. Both showed genuine empathy, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that’s becoming increasingly rare. They turned an already great stay into a memorable one and truly represent what the Four Seasons brand is all about.

Without question, this is the best place to stay in Chicago. As an added bonus, you never know who you’ll run into, we’ve seen professional athletes, entire sports teams, and well-known musicians staying here over the years. It’s always a fun surprise.

We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Chicago.
