Very simple process. Towels and sheets were clean

Cons:

Constant ambient noise inside the room due to plumbing and refrigerator. Partially booked this hotel because of the Whirlpool. However it was down. Should of checked before booking. Breakfast was also unappealing.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Location of hotel was nice and bed were comfortable

Cons:

The pool had a sign that said it was out of order and the manager heard us reading it and came out to tell us that the pool was in deed open. He ripped the sign off and let us in. The water was freezing cold, tile at the bottom of pool was broken and not cleaned up so we stepped all over it, there was a nasty greasy film over the top of the water and bugs floating in the water. We were in the water less than 1 minute. There was standing water in the jacuzzi that smelled very bad and a net left just sitting in the water.
In our room the bathroom was extremely tiny and there was mold around the bathtub faucet. The water had a funny smell to it.

Pros:

Good price. The facility was clean. One of the best Quality Inns that I've stayed in.

Cons:

Breakfast doesn't start until 0600. It should start at 0500-0530. Many of us have to leave early for business.
