Leider war das Personal beim Frühstück nicht besonders freundlich und auch die Organisation beim Frühstück war eher mangelhaft.
Das entspricht nicht einem 5Sterne Haus.
De ligging en de ruime kamer met grote badkamer. Het gebouw is prachtig, met veel houten deuren en ornamenten.
Perfect location in the city centre and next to a metro station.
Nice rooms, very quiet.
Property is not barrier-free. Getting from the street into the hotel requires you to take stairs. More stairs to get to the reception and then again stairs to the elevator. Nobody offered any assistance to carry the baby stroller or luggage up the stairs.
Breakfast, whilst all produce are fresh, does not meet 5* expectations. Extremely limited selection. Only warm dish are eggs (made to order by menu). Breakfast does not vary by day, extremely boring if you stay multiple days. Why not offer a quiche, some Bavarian Weißwurst, …something a little more exciting.
