Super fin lejlighed, hygligt og centralt område i gåafstand til centrum. Dejligt stort åbent køkken, fint badeværelse, rigtig god seng!
Sofaen var lidt lille, kunne godt have brugt en større sofa til to personer. Der lugtede lidt af kloak fra toilettet den ene dag - men luften forsvandt igen senere

This is an old brick and grandiose hotel, beautiful facade, some stairs inside that you can avoid. Our room had a little kitchen with a little table and chairs. It was very nice to have coffee or tea there.
There was also a library room in the hotel with comfortable chairs and some books and a fire place. We loved it.
The staff was very helpful and nice.
The location is also excellent. Almost everything in walking distance.
Die Lage ist perfekt um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden - aber auch die U-Bahn Station ist direkt daneben. Das Personal war super nett und die Zimmer haben mit den hohen Decken einen besonderen Charme. Für uns ein perfektes Hotel und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem tollen Gebäude. Sehr schön gestaltete, große Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal in Roomservice und Rezeption. Eine bessere Lage gibt es in Hamburg kaum.
Das Frühstück entspricht keinesfalls dem, was wir aus anderen Häusern dieser Kategorie gewohnt sind. Bereits um 8:45 Uhr sind die Wurstwaren angetrocknet und verfärbt. Das Obst ist dann schon braun. Auch die Auswahl überzeugt in keinster Weise, 3-Sterne-Häuser bieten häufiger schon deutlich mehr. Das Personal ist völlig überfordert, träge und zeigt keinerlei Gästefokussierung, das Neueindecken der freien Tische hat hier offenbar Priorität. Die Wartezeiten, bis Eierspeisen serviert werden ist völlig inakzeptabel.

Emplacement parfait : métro juste en face (Rödingsmarket. ligne U3 qui passe par la gare et par le terminal des ferrys), station de S-Bahn à 5 min (Stadthausbrücke, ligne S1 qui passe par la gare, l'aéroport et permet d'aller à Blankenese), tour Nikolai à 6 min, hôtel de ville (Rathaus) à 7 min, Miniatur Wunderland à 10 min, Philarmonie à 15 min, petit supermarché tout près...
Hôtel dans un très beau bâtiment, chambres très propres et spacieuses, literie très confortable, bouteilles d'eau et capsules de café fournis dans la kitchenette, grande salle de bains avec peignoirs et chaussons... Grâce au système de doubles fenêtres et doubles portes, l'insonorisation est excellente, on n'entend aucun bruit de la rue ni de l'intérieur de l'hôtel.
La kitchenette (plaques, micro-ondes, frigo, cafetière) était assez bien équipée mais nous avons juste mangé des plats tout prêts, si vous comptez cuisiner un peu plus pensez à acheter du sel, de l'huile, etc car rien n'est fourni.
Par ailleurs, il n'y a pas de table à manger.
Une petite lampe sur le bureau serait pratique, car lorsqu'on s'en sert pour écrire, on y voit assez mal.
Nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner étant donné son prix.
