If it wasn't for the roaches it would have been perfect.
Pros:

Front desk staff was great. Price was great.

Cons:

The two roaches I had to kill in the restroom and my our nightstand before my daughter saw them and freaked out.

Pros:

The carpet in the hall had large stains. There was a whole in the ceiling in the hallway. Windows could be a little cleaner.

Will never ever again stay in this chain of hotels. Could not stand staying here another night

Cons:

Room was dirty, roaches in room, restroom filthy, beds /mattress very uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible, coffee tasted old, ice machines super dirty with crust formations around ice dispenser. This nightmare was horrible, I could not stay another night in room so left a day early.

A/C unit was not in good working order. Kept going on and off every couple of minutes. Most likely low on Freon

I almost regretted the stay when I saw bugs, I hate bugs. But the next room was good it was clean and it was comfortable
Pros:

We got a suite that has a couch and 2 queen beds. Microwave, and fridge. Very spacious for us 2 adults and 2 small children. Good location for us everything between 10-25 minutes away, thrift stores, bowling alley, movie theaters, the zoo, The doseum, Witte, botanical gardens, downtown. They provided breakfast and most days consisted of eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and toast with juice, flavored waters, coffee or tea. Beds were very comfortable and clean, outdoor pool was open and clean. Overall a very decent stay if looking to spend less money on your room to have more for attractions.

Cons:

I didn’t like the dirty carpets in the halls and rooms. the first room I killed atleast 6 roaches in the first 5 minutes. But they did change our room immediately. The next room didn’t seem to have any roaches. The room was a bit stuffy as the air conditioning struggled to cool but it did eventually mainly the middle of the night thankfully. The phone didn’t work and the microwave was dirty. And the windows unable to see in or out. They should clean behind the furniture better and get rid of the carpet.

Roach motel!!!! The room was infested with roaches!! 🪳They were in the bathroom tub, walls, tv, nightstand just everywhere. My son found a toe nail on the bed sheets. Carpet was dirty. Please clean the top of the closet. There were socks left behind, tissues, and dead roaches.
