Pros:

Client facing staff is slow and unfriendly. Even when asked for support they actively denied. Unbelievable.

Cons:

Staff was the main reason - mainly reception. To check in at the middle of the day there was no one attending the main reception. Then one lady showed up with attitude.
Cleaning staff is hard working.
