Мы заказали два номера , в одном был чайник , чай, кофе, а во втором ничего не было. Ещё, это конечно моя ошибка что при заказе не обратил внимая что в комнатах нет кондиционера, но нам на регистрации дали вентиляторы, это конечно не сравнимо , но хоть что-то. Ещё немного обслуживание на регистрации я бы улучшил, дали вентиляторы а отнести в комнату уже видимо было им тяжело, пришлось нести самим , нам не тяжело и мы не гордые но как то ощущение сервиса осталось не из лучших.

Runtergekommen wie ein DDR Konsum

Schönes Hotel mit erschreckend schlechten Service

Cons:

Das war nichts. Das Hotel wird geführt wie ein Konsum aus der Motte der 80er Jahre.

Tolles Hotel mit prima Lage für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Hotel hat mit seiner Nähe zum Nahverkehr und Altstadt eine tolle Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffett war außergewöhnlich gut. Die Zimmer sind mit einem guten Standart sehr gemütlich und man kann sich wohlfühlen. Auch der kleine Poolbereich hat uns sehr überzeugt.
