Disappointing
Pros:

Manager did follow up regularly

Cons:

Had to request multiple times to the housekeeping for room cleaning. Taj epicure card holder and inner circle member. A very regular at Taj hotels all over the world , I was left disappointed with the service overall. Stayed multiple times at the st James court and also Taj business bay, never witnessed such service


Askijg residents to pay a 35 pound fee to use the courtyard was just baffling but eventually that rule was reversed.

The tariffs have gone though the roof as well, not worth it.

Rather a splurge, but as such it did not disappoint!
Pros:

Breakfast is exceptional in the range of choices and quality of the food. I also liked the availability of both traditional English and Indian buffet options. The staff was always gracious and some went out of their way to accommodate our request to be seated outdoors.

Bel hôtel avec literie comfortable.
Pros:

La chambre était très comfortable et, malgré sa petite taille, tout à fait fonctionnelle. La salle de bain était parfaite pour deux et les produits proposés étaient de qualité. Le personnel a été gentil et serviable.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur une sorte de rebord du bâtiment/semi-terrasse. Cet endroit était très insalubre ainsi la vue de la chambre en était gachée.

Comfortable and wonderful stay in London
Pros:

Amazing location. Very close to the historical parts of London and walkable to other areas.

Breakfast was diverse and had healthy & yum variety. The room was comfortable and spacious. the hotel personnel were warm and hospitable.
