Pros:

Отличное месторасположение. Буквально рядом находится Букингемский дворец, St.James Park. Между смело делать прогулки. Персонал отеля эффективно взаимодействуют, вежливы и всегда отвечают запросам. Отдельно благодарен за апгрейд.

Cons:

The AC in the room was not working properly. Despite repeated requests and efforts by the staff to fix it, the issue was not fully resolved and the room temperature remained uncomfortable for 2 out of the 3 nights stay.

Loved everything about our stay! We will be back!
Pros:

The room was perfect. Just enough space to rest up and go. The location was excellent, just a couple blocks from Buckingham Palace, as well as many other tourism sites. The train was also convenient and within walking distance. The breakfast was awesome. A wonderful buffet with an array of choices. The fruit was so good and sweet. Also liked that we could order off the menu. The Concierge totally made our stay! Jean specifically, was always helpful with directions, recommendations, or reservations and took his time to answer all of our of questions. He was so awesome! 10 out of 10!!!

Good location. Great scent of jasmine in the lobby. Otherwise, it fell short.
Pros:

The coffee machine was awful. Even though my package included breakfast, if you wanted an omelet, it was extra. The pastries were stale. There was a wait to be seated. The room was small (despite the fact that I was told I was given a free upgrade - I wonder what the smaller room looked like). The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Cons:

The breakfast should be much better. Nothing should be extra. Price per person is too high.
The water pressure needs to be stronger.

Pros:

Excellent location, helpful staff, very comfortable, large room. Would stay again if I needed to be in that area.
