The hotel was much better than I expected from the ratings. It was very clean (no mean feat with all that sand), the facilities were great (the gym has the nicest treadmills ever, and the pool is 7ft 3in at its deepest!), and staff were perfectly friendly. The beach was also lovely.
If I were to nitpick, maybe a couple more vegan options at the hotel restaurants? Also, beach umbrella rentals being $20/day is steep, and $25/day for parking is highway robbery, especially given that it's Florida and you need a car to get anywhere.

Turtle nests on the beach were highlighted but nobody was there to check that people would sit to close to them, gym was too small and not a lot of equipment.
The music at the pool bar was a bit too loud at night, which isn't good for sea life.

Restaurants did not have many gluten-free or vegan options. Restaurant staff were not very knowledgeable these options
Everything
The staff are top notch and are so so nice (Morgan, Mary and Vanessa stood out) but for what you’re paying there are very minimal if any amenities aside from being beachfront which is really the one thing that stands out for the property. The food is terrible, please don’t eat the breakfast buffet it was awful and so expensive and coffee was burnt, whisk & grind few minutes away hit the spot. However, the cafe Mercato and ocean blends were good for simple items : the Starbucks coffee and breakfast croissant. The rooms are outdated and the mattresses are extremely worn and used & the baseboards were coming apart, the carpets were extremely humid and moist. To be honest: I would not stay here again.. next time I’d look for a more updated place with a balcony to enjoy the fresh air of the ocean breeze. No microwave. The remote kept getting stuck. Lots of dust above the bed/headboard. There aren’t any balconies and the rooms are so tiny and it was very difficult to move around for a family of 5.
If you like just simple , uncomfortable mattresses and will be out all day long then this is the place for you but if you actually want to enjoy the hotel and the room to relax then I’d go somewhere else. Oh wait by the way the pool is a joke :( we were shocked at how small it is ..we thought there may be another one but nope there was not. So if going to the pool is your thing on vacation then you’ll be very disappointed. We just loved having the beach right there in front and that’s it sorry :(
For this to be an actual Hilton property, I was extremely disappointed.
