Very quiet! We could not hear other patrons in the hall or other rooms

Cons:

Breakfast. I am member and had to to $12.99 each. It was all you can eat but the lines were so long you didn’t want to wait to go back through. It states restaurant on site but it was basically a lounge. Breakfast was not very good and things were not restocked very well. Stayed three night. Beds got made and our personal items pushed aside on dresser and bathroom but nothing wiped down coffee was still on dresser. Candy wrapper left on floor 2 days in plain sight one day took old towels but didnt replace. Front desk did replace and very pleasant

The staff were excellent, really helpful and attentive

Cons:

Breakfast was finished really sharply at 9.30 and everything closed up really quickly after that. Only a small negative though

The location of the hotel was good as it was not far from the airport and downtown. They also offered a shuttle service downtown. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was also of good value

Breakfast was buffet style. The hot food was hot and plentiful. Everything was great.
Rovina was on top of her game.

Shasta, who worked the bar, was awesome. Drinks made to perfection with a little wit.

We stay there every time we come to Nashville, at least 5 times, but will never stay there again
