Mooi hotel, shuttlebus was perfect. Schoon, heel vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers

I liked the location of the hotel.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floors, on one of the beds and on the toilet seat.

Pros:

This is always our prefered place to stay when we visit Nashville. Great location. Shuttle bus into town works really well plus it is in walking distance if you like a good stroll into town.
Great friendly staff.

It was ok. This hotel and its property seems to be deteriorating quickly. The bug in my room was disgusting. The staffs

Location is good. The shuttle is also good.

Cons:

They have started charging for parking, and there was a large roach looking bug in my room. The maintenance worker helped me change rooms at 11 pm

Great hotel for going to stadium events!
Pros:

Check in was smooth. Beds were amazing. Bar and restaurant within hotel. Free shuttle to downtown Nashville.

Cons:

We thought we were staying right downtown -- so this was a bit disappointing. Especially since the cost was fairly equivalent to staying in a hotel downtown. The additional charge for parking was disappointing.

Pros:

They had a shuttle to and from downtown. There was a bar and a restaurant on site. The bartender and the shuttle drivers were all very nice.

Cons:

Our room had cockroaches, the tub looked like it backed up bc we came back one night to a tub full of black stuff.
