Pros:

I loved the view and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

No fitted sheets, paying extra for facility parking and being told you can only get your vehicle once, no pool or jacuzzi, no included breakfast for the ridiculous price of staying

Pros:

Very nice location and super spacious room

Cons:

Staff don't communicate with each other. No apologies after messing up with my requests- specially one about a pre- agreed action for 5 rooms booked- later also manager spoke to me about some over charges on my card and not for a minute she said the word sorry. Unbelievable how hard it is to apologise to a customer about their mistakes.

The check in/out process was a little confusing. Different prices from the platform I booked through. The upgrade price originally quoted in an email was a different from price when we physically checked in. All in all it was a good stay.

Heerlijk verblijf op mooie, centrale lokatie
Pros:

Perfecte locatie, centraal gelegen, kamer met prachtig uitzicht, goede prijs, supermarkt naast hotel.

Cons:

Weinig keuze voor ontbijt, tweepersoonsbedden waren erg smal.
