Great location, panoramic view, excellent restaurant(the Palm) and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Location, not so crowded like Hyatt Regency next door. Staff were very helpful

Cons:

Some lights were not working, electrical system needs updating, some parts of the room were too dark, no ceiling lights, air temperature could not be adjusted. Fixed at one setting

It’s our favorite hotel location for business trips into the city.
Pros:

Manager Jean addressed our issue, consolidated our two reservations, offered an upgrade and made the stay delightful.

Cons:

Cons:

Front desk person. Simply checked in. No welcome to Chicago, no info about what is offered at the hotel, no "is this your first time staying with us?" No smile, minimal eye contact. Maybe he shouldn't be in that position.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The location was great for us

Cons:

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time we used it and housekeeping never came to take care of our room.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado, dando a riverwalk y a un agradable paseo de la magnificent mile. La vista desde la habitación era increible. Las camas muy cómodas y en general bastante bien en cuanto a instalaciones.

Cons:

Muy caro el bar del hotelnpara desayunar. En la habitacion aunque habia cafetera, no habia leche no forma de hacerse un café. Pero en general bien. Buen hotel.
