Amazing and Memorable
Pros:

We were welcomed and treated so well by the staff, especially Simona who we met at the registration desk. She asked if we were celebrating anything special and when I said it was my partner's birthday, she went above and beyond to make our time at the hotel as special as it could be which included giving us a room that overlooked both the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. What an amazing view and what a memorable experience.

Awesome Anniversary night away
Pros:

Swiss hotel isn’t just beautiful it is in an amazing location. Our room was so quiet which I appreciate as I am a light sleeper. Our room was extremely clean and so was the common areas. Parking is very expensive so keep that in mind.

Simona is who helped us get settled and she was an awesome human! She upgraded our room for our anniversary and was just a Beautiful soul to work with. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

In Room Breakfast Dining
Pros:

We ordered breakfast room service, and it was delivered promptly! Less than 15 minutes! Simoun was absolutely wonderful! He came in, revealed our beautiful breakfast, and made sure everything on our order was present, and before departure asked if we required anything else. The waffle was phenomenal, the fruit on top was fresh, and the pancakes were as fluffy as a cloud. Mimosas were strong, just the way we needed them! Thank you for our beautiful breakfast!

Pros:

We loved it from the minute we walked in. When we checked in they were so nice they upgraded us to an executive suite which was awesome. It had so much room for me, my husband and 2 teenage boys. I would definitely be staying their again.
