The in room dining service was fast. The lady in the phone was very nice, she said 20 min but it took less than 15 min. Claudio who brought the food was very respectful and professional. The food was delicious

The hotel was beautiful and very conveniently located near the Riverwalk, Millennium Park, and Navy Pier. Wifi was reliable and fast. Staff were incredibly gracious and friendly, especially Kia at the front desk, who assisted me with extending my checkout when my return flight was delayed.
Excellent place in Chicago on the river, also the staff was very helpful and thoughtful and sweet when flight cancelled. Nice views from the function room on 42 and the fitness center. Thanks Emina, Simona & Ashley who helped with extending my stay!

The location is outstanding—right on the Chicago River and just steps from Michigan Avenue—making it easy to get around the city while enjoying great views. The rooms are spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer impressive views of the skyline and Lake Michigan.
Service throughout the hotel was consistently professional and welcoming. The staff were attentive, efficient, and genuinely keen to help, whether at reception or around the property. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled quickly.
The hotel facilities are well maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort and productivity. Overall, Swissôtel Chicago delivers a high-quality, polished experience that reflects its reputation. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Chicago.

Favorite place to stay for business and conferences in Chicago. Great location. Not too big and everything you need to be comfortable and productive. Staff were awesome, especially Simona and Emina at the front desk. Love having The Palm delivered to my room after a long day.
