Il personale al ricevimento terrificante ci sta un signore che secondo me aveva 80 anni… meglio se sta a casa,non è addato per stare al pubblico!!! Poi mi hanno preso i soldi dalla carta 2 volte, per fortuna mi sono accorta e sono ritentata per fargli vedere la mia applicazione sul telefono… che era così!! Poi alla fine mi hanno rimesso i soldi… vabbè detto ciò non lo consiglierei!!

Location, staff and fun, what a spot
Pros:

The location and the staff were amazing. We had a great trip with our two little kids and they loved it and thought it was super fancy, and it was. Also the beds were comfortable for all, which can be a struggle. Overall, we're going back next year!

Un comodo Hotel tra spiaggia, pineta e passeggiata lungomare!
Pros:

La colazione era ottima, sia per varietà sia per la qualità dei cibi proposti! La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, vicinissima al mare, alla pineta e sulla passeggiata di Viareggio. Abbiamo usufruito anche del parcheggio disponibile a pagamento all'interno dell'hotel. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel, che vanta una vetrata vista mare. Il menù non era molto vario ma la qualità del cibo era ottima. Tutto il personale molto gentile!

Cons:

Ci sono molti ristoranti nella zona ma non tranquilli come quello dell'hotel! Amplierei la possibilità di scelta sul menù!

Good Hotel
Pros:

Stayed 5 nights in June 2026, room was on the front, a bit on the small side but OK. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Used the hotel car park which worked well. They have bikes to rent which is great and very useful along the long flat Viareggio prom.
There is an indoor pool and you also get your own deckchairs and sunbed resereved on the beach for your whole stay.
There is an outdoor pool which you can use but it costs 16 euros per day per person. We used it everyday and never had a probelm getting a sunbed althoguh its not big.
Overall really nice place and ideal for a week or less in Varieggo
