For my third stay in S. Korea I decided to book a hotel and I have to say that it was a pleasant and welcoming change. The hotel is very central, so if you are coming from T2 you can take the bus and get off at "City Hall Station The Plaza Hotel" and just walk about 50m to the hotel. In terms of commuting - historical landmarks (like palaces) are incredibly near. Right outside the hotel is Deoksugung and if you just keep walking straight you will reach Gyeongbokgung in roughly 10 minutes. On the right side from the hotel, there is the infamous Myeongdong - on foot it is about 15 min. walk. Right outside the hotel there are 2 main bus stops "Soul Plaza" or "Eulji-ro 1 (il) ga, City Hall" which I used nonstop, as I prefer buses over metro. In terms of room itself, it was very spacious, with two single beds, TV and a fridge that was working perfectly. The room was cleaned everyday - sheets change every 3 days (or how you need), bottles of water were provided everyday, plus the bathroom was also cleaned everyday. The airconditioning was working perfectly as well. Overall, we had zero issues. Yes, the walls are thin and you can sometimes hear your neighbours, but if you have good neighbours, than there is no problem with the noise. In terms of food, we mostly dined at "Jin Jin Mandu" which is right outside the hotel and it was delicious! Overall, right next to the hotel there are three restaurants - kimbap, Japanese fish restaurant and the Korean traditional mandu restaurant. If you are in need of a cafe, there is also one cafe just right outside. Delivery of food or other items to the hotel is provided with "PICK-UP" counter that is just at the entrance of the hotel, so your food for example, will be put there for you to pick-up - no room delivery avaliable due to privacy protection of hotel guests. I really enjoyed my trip and if I visit for the fourth time, I will surely pick this hotel again!

Despite staying at this hotel multiple times in the past, the hotel refuses to acknowledge the customer loyalty and very very particular on check in time. Refuse to entertain any request for early check in

Location is spot on, close to metro, night market and shopping area. Rooms are comfortable
