Important information:

The hotel is 1950 meters away from the beach, and there is a free shuttle in front of the hotel every 20 minutes.
Beach shuttle and services are offered between 01 May and 31 October.
Animation / live music / performance / shows are available between 01 April - 31 October.
Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance.
Outdoor facilities may not be available or activities can be postponed due to weather conditions.
Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with the a copy of the card holder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up front for the full payment of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used originally.
When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
A prepayment deposit via 3D secure system is required to secure your reservation according to payment and cancelation policy of your reservation. The property will contact you book to provide instructions.

The indoor swimming pool is heated throughout the winter season.
Alcoholic beverages are served until 00:00. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day.
The outdoor swimming pool with 5 slides is heated during the winter season.
Our À la carte restaurants are open; however, service hours may vary depending on demand and cannot be guaranteed.

Receptie. Let op bij het betalen, wordt meer afgeschreven dan wat je hebt geboekt. Ik heb 20euro meer betaald omdat ze geen euro konden afschrijven. Ze hebben turkse lira afgeschreven, maar dan wel heel wat meer. Dame genaamd Hava bij de receptie was alles behalve proffesioneel.

Good hotel and quality. Room is quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Girls from the bar prepared good cocktails and working very hard. Area is clean. Food very very nice. Every night perfect

Location is best especially if going to land of legends and other excursions. Staff very helpful and provide assistance all throughout including with food services. Buffets typically run all day and hotel is very safe and central.

We were together with my wife and my son. It was absolutely perfect. I really advice You to come to this hotel. Drinks and food good but i advice to add more fruits. Here is very good atmosphere and entertainment very funny. Im absolutely satisfied with this hotel.

Oguzhan had been absolutely amazing during my stay at Aydinbey Queen’s Palace & Spa. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The whole experience was made even better because of the excellent service provided by him and all the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!
