The hotel is 1,950 meters from the beach, and a free shuttle runs in front of the hotel every 20 minutes.
Beach shuttle and services are offered between May 1st and October 31st.
Animation/live music/performance, and shows are available between 01 April and 31 October.
Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance.
Outdoor facilities may be unavailable, or activities may be postponed due to weather conditions.
Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the booking at check-in.
Guests who use third-party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card, an authorisation letter, and a copy of the cardholder's passport. Guests who fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay upfront for the full cost of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the original credit card.
When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
A prepayment deposit via the 3D Secure system is required to secure your reservation, in accordance with the payment and cancellation policy. The property will contact you book to provide instructions.
Winter Concept (November 1st - March 31st)
The indoor swimming pool is heated throughout the winter season.
Alcoholic beverages are served until 00:00. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day.
Our À la carte restaurants are open; however, service hours may vary depending on demand and cannot be guaranteed.
Service hours and locations may change or be cancelled depending on weather conditions and the decision of the hotel management.
The gala dinner on December 31st 2026, is included in the price.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Alles, es war atemberaubend!! Tolle Unterhaltung bestes essen aller art zu den besten Zeiten!! Ich würde hier immer wieder herkommen vorallem aufgrund des pools und der poolbar, täglich spiele und konzerte vorallem Tänze aller art!!
Wszystko było ok, ale fakt kradzieży telefonu powoduje,że ocena spada do zera.
Ukradziono mi telefon nic w tej sprawie nie zrobiono. Chociaż wszędzie był monitoring

Parfait je recommande
My review is for the summer period I am sure things can be change after summer. Food was great we tasted everything especially about Turkish food which I recommend a lot. I see some staff having the same food which is very nice to see them in the restaurant. I hope all the staff is having this option.
I am deeply sorry that customer profile is very low, they put their trash everywhere, trying to occupy seats even for the evening kids shows. I can recommend to Hotel to change their services and bring more educated people from the same country instead of these people.
The slide pool was blurry especially after lunch. And I didn’t feel it is clean, but again people are waiting in the slide pool with their babies, and using there as a baby pool and adult pool to sit on the stairs and relax. The staff is not handling to get them out, I understand they are not enough as number and of course very tired because these people doesn’t understand and cannot be educated.
The slide pools is not for babies but unfortunately parents are sliding with them and no one says nothing. The slide rules are not being implemented as general as well, therefore it is very crowded and impossible to enjoy. But again these reviews are for summer I am sure it cannot be the same in the other periods.

The pool was very nice and clean, the slides are incredible. The food was very good, the guests in the dining area are a bit too frantic (wild) during meals. But I guess the hotel cannot have influence over that. The cocktails were great, the evening shows were very interesting, the spa is nice, good quality service. We were very satisfied as a family.
The elevators take a long time sometimes and the bathroom tap was often stuck, hard to open gently. Otherwise it was incredible.

C’est pas propre .. la piscine est bondée de monde. Mais enfin pour ceux qui ont un petit budget ils s’en sortent ravis. Moi c’est une erreur d'avoir pris cet hotel. Ne vous fiez pas aux étoiles.
