Important information:

The hotel is 1,950 meters from the beach, and a free shuttle runs in front of the hotel every 20 minutes.

Beach shuttle and services are offered between May 1st and October 31st.

Animation/live music/performance, and shows are available between 01 April and 31 October.

Our à la carte restaurants are free of charge only once for stays of 7 nights or more. Reservation is required 1 day in advance.

Outdoor facilities may be unavailable, or activities may be postponed due to weather conditions.

Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the booking at check-in.

Guests who use third-party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card, an authorisation letter, and a copy of the cardholder's passport. Guests who fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay upfront for the full cost of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the original credit card.

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

A prepayment deposit via the 3D Secure system is required to secure your reservation, in accordance with the payment and cancellation policy. The property will contact you book to provide instructions.

Winter Concept (November 1st - March 31st)
The indoor swimming pool is heated throughout the winter season.

Alcoholic beverages are served until 00:00. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day.

Our À la carte restaurants are open; however, service hours may vary depending on demand and cannot be guaranteed.

Service hours and locations may change or be cancelled depending on weather conditions and the decision of the hotel management.

Pros:

The resort was in a great location only 30mins from Antalya airport with private transfer, land of legends is a stone throw away. The food was great and wasn't that repetitive for an all inclusive. The drinks are great and it doesn't take long to get served even at busy periods. The pool area is great and the slides are fun even for the adults. Would definitely recommend the hotel and will more than likely be back for a second visit.

All in all my stay at this hotel was good but I just don’t feel it was a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, and the hotel was nice and clean. And I liked the fact that it was very close to land of Legends, walking distance.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that they had pretty much the same food everyday since day for breakfast. Lunch and dinner. The food at the beach was the same food from the hotel except they had burgers and pizzas and the burgers weren’t nice. Quality of food really needs improving. This hotel does not in my opinion meet 5 star ratings. It is more like a 3 star hotel.

I am writing to you to address my experience of THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE

We stayed at Aydin Bay Resort, Antalya, for 3 nights with our three children. We paid approximately USD 500 per night for an all-inclusive stay.

This was honestly the worst hotel experience of our life. We paid for a family holiday, but we could not sleep properly, could not enjoy the all-inclusive service, could not comfortably use the hotel facilities, and were treated very poorly.

I have photos and videos documenting many of the problems described below, which I will attach to this review.

1. EXTREMELY DIRTY ROOM

When we arrived, the room was extremely dirty and dusty.

There was dust under the bed, and we actually found a rotten apple under the bed.

The carpet was extremely dusty and smelled terrible.

There were also ants throughout the room and mosquitoes.

2. DISGUSTING BATHROOM — MY CHILDREN COULD NOT USE THEIR TOILET

The toilet used by our children was stained and so unhygienic that they could not use it.

All five of us had to use one toilet because the children’s toilet was unacceptable.

The bathroom sink was clogged. When we washed our hands, the water rose up from the sink, and we found fish bones and nails floating in the water.

The towels were old and did not feel hygienic.

There was also no floor mat in the bathroom. After using the bathroom, your slippers can become wet, and there was no mat to help prevent slipping.

The floor was extremely slippery.

3. MY SIX-YEAR-OLD SON WAS SERIOUSLY INJURED

This is the most serious and upsetting part of our stay.

Our six-year-old son slipped inside our hotel room on the extremely slippery floor.

He seriously injured his middle finger and his nail came off.

We took him to the hotel doctor after the accident.

When we returned to Dubai, his injury was serious enough that he required surgery to remove the damaged nail.

A six-year-old child should be safe inside his hotel room.

At first they gave us wrong room. We booked 2 double rooms but they gave us family room. It took 2 days to change it.

Pros:

The staff was nice, we liked the pool and the bars, it was nice that they even had activities during the night for children and adults as well, we really enjoyed our time here
